-Handicap accessible ramp on the side of the house that goes back by the pool with one small step from the pool and one small step to enter the home on the back.
-3 small steps in the garage
-Noise: Marco Island has a very strict noise policy in the evenings. There is a no noise policy from 9 PM til 7 AM. This includes any noise and music on the lanai. Marco Island has aggressive fines, and if we are found to be in violation, the charge to you is $100 per person per day. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and attention to this guideline.
