The home's south and west exposure orientation keeps the pool in the warm sun most of the day.  This luxury beach-theme vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island!

As you step into this lovely newly furnished home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14-foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sectional sofa and comfy sitting chair. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal - plus more seating out on the lanai.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated (always 85) pool - oriented with southern exposure so it's in the warm sunshine all day. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs.

When hunger strikes, cook out on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The spacious master has a king bed with a 55" cable smart TV, the second is also a king with a 55" cable smart TV, the third bedroom is a King, the fourth is a Queen, and the fifth has three twin bunk beds including a rollout. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam. The bedding is all high quality and brand new and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. This spacious newly furnished, tastefully decorated home sleeps 13 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable smart TVs - a 65" in the Living room, 55" in the Master, and 55" in the King bedroom. Best of all, this home’s lanai features a delightfully shaded sitting area served by a flat-screen cable smart TV. Watch the kids in the pool while enjoying your favorite entertainment. Outdoor living at its best!   Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

The southern exposure pool is electrically heated, always 85 degrees. Enjoy!

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire home and garage. Including beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, pool towels, etc. Keypad check-in is contact-free.

Other things to note

Ken & Natalia recently purchased this delightful home and own several vacation rental homes on Marco. Our homes are professionally managed by Plus Vacation Rental. You get professional service, exceptional cleanliness, and no surprises.

Free beach access nearby, a private southern exposure pool in a private setting, very quiet residential street with little traffic. Exceptional for families with kids - playground in the backyard. Located just 2 doors from Mackle Park.

If you decide to bring your pet, there is a $45 per day, per pet fee that is charged separately from the reservation.


Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Other things to note:

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.  Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

The Neighborhood:
Marco Island is known for its pristine white sand beaches - located just minutes away - as is the island’s newly renovated lakefront park 2 doors near. Enjoy its walking path, dog park, volleyball courts, botchy ball, basketball court, billiards, and table tennis, all a short drive or bike ride from your premium vacation rental. The kids can play to their heart’s content in the park’s extensive playground and splash pool. There's even a playground right in the back yard!

The island offers a scenic golf course, marina, bike path, restaurants, and shops. You can also take a short drive to the mainland to access all of the fabulous activities and attractions offered there. From airboat rides, to the Naples Zoo, to fresh seafood dining, enjoyable adventure awaits. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time on Marco Island, you're sure to have an incredible getaway when you book this stunning vacation rental house!
