From this cozy semi-detached house, the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach is only about 150 m away (beach access point 12). The promenade is about a 5-minute walk away, and the “Fischlandtor” shopping center can be reached by bike or car in 5–10 minutes.

The living area features a modern combination of materials and colors. A sofa set, dining area, built-in kitchen with a counter, oven, and dishwasher, a wood-burning stove, and access to the patio are all functionally integrated here. Upstairs, there are three rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, and a third room with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed by folding it out. The bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor. If that’s not enough, there’s an additional shower room on the first floor.
You may do your laundry in the storage room of the semi-detached house.
