Wake up to stunning water views , relax on the spacious lanai as gentle breezes and tropical view create the perfect ambience for your getaway. Enjoy a beautiful sun rise on the dock or Lanai!

Unwind in style in this modern home featuring upscale amenities and a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The vibrant neighborhood offers endless opportunities for adventures, from casting your line off the private dock to lounging at the Tiki hut. Discover a true haven for water enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Where every moment promises relaxation and rejuvenation in a picturesque coastal setting!

There is a fun game room area with foosball, a small bar and two fishing rods plus two kayaks for you to explore the canals for a little adventure! Feel free to dock your boat, our saltwater canal leads to the Gulf. We have had Manatee pairs visit several times on the water!

The home was beautiful! Everything was new and the space was large, quiet and very well appointed. John was a great host and although we didn't have many questions we found him to be responsive when needed. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Since 1993, JML Property Management has operated over 30 rental properties in the Minneapolis area. Then in in 2002 we branched out to Minnesota vacation rentals, building a beautiful cabin on Platte lake, then a Lake Sullivan property.

Presently we offer for rental the Minnesota Lake Sullivan cabin and our Cape Coral Florida waterfront home for your enjoyment!
