Everything was amazing! Location was great and we loved being on the end of the canal. Had a few hiccups,but Bob responded quickly and we so appreciated that. Place was exactly as pictured. Loved the second fridge in the little bar area. Would definitely stay here again.

Bob and Jen were great hosts. The house was very clean and even better than described. We had a very quiet and relaxing few days. Great selection of puzzles and games. The location worked very well. We had some issues with the front door lock and the internet, but the owners were quick to respond and problem solve. Would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

We had a wonderful time, and the property was top notch! The owner is clearly interested in providing their guests with a relaxing and comfortable home and provides all of the extra little things that make all the difference in a vacation stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of thick fluffy towels and blankets for everyone. There are all of the beach essentials you could want (chairs/buckets/coolers/shell shovels/etc.), the furniture and beds are all very comfortable, and the place was absolutely spotless. The appliances were all clean and working perfectly. The pool was beautiful and clean, and the view from the little deck on the water was breathtaking. We spent many evenings sitting in the lanai listening to the sound of nature and relaxing. The outside grill and fire pit worked perfectly and were a great addition to the outside space. The area was quiet and we met some very friendly neighbors too. All in all, it was just a perfect place and location. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us! We will definitely be back in the future!

Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Sehr schnelle Kommunikation, alles sehr sauber, sehr reichhaltige Ausstattung, und vor allem: absolut ruhige Lage. Am Abend und Nachts vollkommene StilleErholung pur!Der Pool hatte genau die richtige Temperatur.Sehr positiv für uns war auch, dass man im Schlafzimmer (Masterbedroom) im Bett nicht dem Luftzug der Klimaanlage ausgesetzt war, da die Auslassoeffnung entsprechend geschickt eingestellt wurde.

We were visiting Cape Coral for a wedding this was the perfect house for my family to stay. House was exactly what it looked like on the listing, clean and in a great neighborhood. Great location about a 30-45 minute drive to the beaches. We all enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation!!!

Our family had an amazing time here! Everything you need all in one roof. All 4 of my children (ages 7, 10, 14 & 16) truly enjoyed themselves with the pool and game room. And I loved being able to grill for the family every night. Will definitely be visiting here again!!!

Great Family Time in an Amazing House

This place has the perfect set up. The owner/manager is great with communication and is quick to reply. The place is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay perfect! We had such a great time!

Die Lage ist wunderschön. Das Haus sehr geräumig . Grill, Pool, Terassenbereich traumhaft. Töpfe nicht besonders gut.Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fantastic Florida Vacation!

This house was very clean, spacious, and offered so much fun for our family of 5! The pool area was amazing and the dock offered so much fishing fun! We caught Peacock Bass, Grass Carp, Mayan Cichlid, and Bluegills! A pair of Muscovy ducks visited us every time we were on the dock along with a family of turtles! The kids had fun catching lizards and the parents loved the safe surroundings!!

We will be back!!!!

This was our first time traveling to Florida. We were very impressed. Anytime we needed to chat with the management they quickly responded and even had new Keurig delivered to the house when the one they had for us broke. Very quiet neighbourhood. Loved the pool and sitting by the canal. The house was very clean and was full of everything you needed. Grocery stores weren’t far away. We will definitely will be coming back.

Amazing Property

This is the second time we have stayed here. We always look for availability in this house before booking our vacation. The house is great, the location is great and the property owners are amazing and accommodating when it comes to changes. We love this property!

This property has everything you need. Inside the house and outside the house. All the pots, pans, dinnerware,spices and utensils you need. For outside the home fishing poles, wagon, coolers, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.

Perfect Getaway!

This Cape Coral home is beautiful, with plenty of room to relax. Check-in was simple, and the house was clean. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The best features are in the back, where you can relax on the lanai, take a swim in the large pool, or simply sit on the dock and soak in the warm Florida sun! Thanks Bob and Jen for a much needed, stress-free vacation.

Wonderful Stay

Property was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked to get us through the first few days. Great central location to many attractions and amenities. Joined by our 2 sons and their spouses. They really enjoyed the pool and the layout of the property! Already looking to book this place again in the near future! Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful vacation!
