Finca Alfabia is at approximately 5 minutes driving distance from Porto Cristo, the beach and the popular seaside promenade ar within 3,5 kilometres reach. Porto Cristo offers a beautiful marina, nice restaurants with seafront terraces, a seaside promenade and a good choice of shopping facilities. Manacor is about 9 km travelling distance. Being the third largest town of Mallorca, Manacor offers a nice town centre with pedestrian zone, indoor market, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. The seaside resorts S'Illot, Sa Coma and Cala Millor are only a short drive away from Finca Luca and offer a variety of leisure activities, tennis courts, more shopping facilities and beaches with all amenities.

Finca Alfabia is a sunny holiday home with elegant, upmarket furnishing and many extras. Large bedrooms, a comfortable living area and the landscaped park are the most prominent features of this luxury residence. On the ground floor is an ample living area with open fireplace, reading corner with a fine selection of books and a large dining table. Next to the living room is the professionally fitted kitchen, which includes 3 fridge/freezers, an extra wide oven and a stove with both ceramic and gas hobs. Table and glass ware, pans, pots and accessories are all of superior quality. Also on the ground floor there are 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, built-in cupboards, writing desks and comfortable arm chairs or sofas, a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. All bedrooms of the ground floor have access to a covered terrace with views of the gardens. On the first floor there are 5 grand bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and are fitted with comfortable arm chairs, writing desk and cupboards, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bathroom en-suite with a shower cabin and a bathtub. All bedrooms of this floor have access to a sun terrace.

Finca Alfabia is set in the middle of a 4 hectares park with a private putting and driving range, three spots to do yoga and a fantastic pool with a size of 12 x 6 metres. On the poolside there is a beautiful and shady pergola, 16 quality sun beds have plenty of space on the sun terrace surrounding the pool. A small path through the park is connecting the pool area and the house. The shaded main terrace is fitted with a large and a smaller dining table as well as an upmarket gas grill. All bedrooms have access to a private or shared terrace, which are fitted with comfortable chairs and a coffee table.

Pool heating: In fall to spring heated pool, costs 60,00€ per day. This rate is also charged for the desired pre-heating, which needs 24 to 96 hours depending on the outside and (desired) water temperature.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Dogs are allowed on request. An extra cleaning fee of 150,00 € will be charged per stay.
3 weeks before arrival, a deposit of 5.000 € has to be paid by cash transfer, if the house was left without damage, the deposit will be re-transferred 3 days after departure.
