Finca Cassai in Santanyi

250 year old country house with a lot of character between the towns of Cas Concos and Santanyi. Finca Cassai is a charming house for 8 people with high ceilings and wooden beams. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasant.

Finca Cassai is located between Cas Concos and Santanyí in the South of the island. Both villages offer a variety of nice restaurants of all categories and shopping facilities. Santanyí has a popular market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which should not be missed.

The Cala Mondrago beach is about 15 minutes drive away. Cala D'Or and Portocolom are within 20 minutes reach. The closest beach is Cala Santanyí.

Finca Cassai has all the history and charm of the great Mallorcan houses. On the ground floor there is a dining area and to its right is the kitchen as well as an ample living room with a fireplace. The living room has access to the covered terrace and the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom and a shower-room on this floor as well as a laundry room.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The bedrooms on the first floor have air-conditioning.

Outside Finca Cassai boasts mature gardens. It offers a large pool, various terraces and lawns and there is also a barbecue area and a table tennis.

Children are welcome, one cot is available at no extra cost. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week. Extra days can be booked.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
