La villa tiene una posición expuesta con acceso directo al mar y una piscina privada. Está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo.
Las playas y el centro de Cala D'Or con restaurantes y tiendas están a 5 minutos a pie. Hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el nivel de entrada, la sala de estar y el comedor tienen grandes puertas francesas que conducen a la terraza de la piscina. Debido a un porche, es perfecto para almorzar afuera a la sombra. El cuarto dormitorio con baño en suite se encuentra en la planta superior. Aquí también hay una gran terraza, que ofrece espectaculares vistas al mar. De los generosos
piscina terraza un camino conduce a través del jardín a una puerta. Detrás de la puerta hay una plataforma de baño, donde se puede nadar o bucear en el mar.

Very enjoyable stay with the family. Great outdoor area with a wonderful view. It is 10-15 minutes walk from beaches and the town centre, which has an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.

Amazing location, lovely villa, everything worked, just had a new kitchen fitted. Could do with air conditioning, but we knew it had none when we booked. So not a negative from us for that. Heat wave just made it very hot. The lovely pool and access to the sea helped with this

Absolutely amazing!

This place it hard to beat. The house, terrace, garden, pool, the view and the direct access to the ocean simply amazing. The house was clean and we did not miss anything. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Note that the room on the top floor has a separate entrance (perfect if someone needs more privacy). Highly recommended, a real unique find. Thank you for a great stay!

Mediterranean toe dipping

We had a wonderful stay at Iris's property. It is a beautiful property which is ideally located on the edge of the Mediterranean. Whatever time of the day, whether it be in the morning or evening you will find it difficult to tear your eyes away from the view. Iris is the ideal host and was very attentive to our needs including arranging a late night taxi for us when our flight was delayed. The villa is quite functional and is located within easy walking distance of all amenities including a broad choice of restaurants. Dipping our toes into the Mediterranean here was an incredible experience.

This place is great, but it could be fantastic.

Location is everything and this house is in an amazing place. Stunning views, superb outdoor area overlooks a lovely pool to the sparkling Mediterranean sea beyond. For that its worth 5 stars and that's what your are paying for. The actual quality of the accommodation is 3 star at best. So what would make the accomodation 5 star? A modern kitchen, proper shower cubicles in the bathrooms rather than a curtain over bath, better quality bedding, and air conditioning. The upstairs bedroom is only accessible by an external staircase outside the front door. This didn't bother us, but may be an issue for some families. So superb location, view, outdoor areas and pool but let down by average quality accomodation and no air conditioning in the bedrooms.

A lovely property in an amazing location, but the property is very tired.

A lovely property in an mazing location but the building and all its fittings are tired and outdated. There also needs to be a certain amaount of remodelling as in its current layout is totally unsuitable for a family with younger children. Imagine having a family of pre-teenaagers where you lock both the back and front doors and then go outside and up the external steps to th emaster bedroom. If anything happened downstairs you wouldnt even know about it. When you consider the wasted space on some of upper terraces which could easily accommadate an internal stairway by extending the entrance hall you would have to say that it is an overdue re-modelling. NOT SUITABLE for families with young children.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cette maison de vacances ! L'emplacement était parfait, avec la mer à ses pieds, à proximité de la plage et des commerces, tout en offrant une tranquillité appréciable. La maison était spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Unsere Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hat sich schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert. Wir bekamen viele Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Sightseeing. Lage des Hauses sehr gut, Ausblick traumhaft, kurze Wege zu Strand und ins Zentrum. Einzig Bäder und Matratzen dürften gerne peu a peu renoviert bzw. ausgetauscht werden.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cala D‘Or. Das Haus hat eine großartige Lage, es liegt direkt am Meer und man kann im Prinzip zu Fuß in den Ort gehen. Am Ausblick kann man sich kaum satt sehen. Wenn die durch Sturmschaden beschädigte Treppe wieder repariert ist, kann man vom Grundstück direkt ins Meer gehen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung.

Phantastischer Meerblick

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche hier verbracht und konnten uns gar nicht mehr lösen von dem wunderbaren Ausblick, den man von der Terrasse genießt: über den Infinty Pool, die schlanke Palme hin auf das endlose Meer! Der Pool und die Terrasse sind das Herzstück des Hauses, und wir haben jeden Moment dort genossen. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt - die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und die Schlafzimmer bekommen durch die großen Fenster nachts eine erfrischende Meeresbrise. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und die Fahrten zum Abendessen am Hafen haben wir Fahrräder gemietet, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Iris war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich hilfsbereit und stand uns mit Restaurantempfehlungen und -reservierungen jederzeit zur Seite! Port Petit und Sa Llotja haben uns am besten gefallen. Auch die gesamte Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful location and pool

We stayed at this gorgeous house during very warm days in July, and the pool and patio area was just lovely, with a cool(er) breeze sweeping in from the sea. We rented bikes at marimonte bike rental and explored the beaches and restaurants in Cala d’Or in a very convenient way, highly recommended. Adults and kids in prams can walk to the city center without problems. We also had a rental car for grocery shopping and excursions, maybe not necessary but very convenient too. The owner as well as the cleaning staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Stunning views of and direct access to the sea from a beautiful property

Charming property in quiet location, with beautiful infinity pool in very comfortable surroudings, looking directly out to the sea. Spectacular views! We spent all day by the pool enjoying the surroundings and the ever changing view with boats passing by all day. Property is very nicely furnished with a lot of personal touches and some lovely artwork around the house..a lovely sense of a 'home' rather than just a property. The property owner, Iris met us on arrival and departure and was extremely helpful and friendly, resolving any minor issues we had. While the property does not have air con, the living area is very cool and comfortable throughout the day and night. The bedrooms have electric fans available which are necessary at night. The 4th bedroom is a separate bedroom ensuite upstairs with a beautiful private terrace, however this is only accessible via an external stairs to the front of the property. For us as a family, this wasn't really a suitable option, however could work very well for adults sharing the property. We still had ample space in the main house for 5 of us. Overall, the aspect of the property and the views are what makes it special. Some lovely restaurants at the marina in Cala D'Or also, within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and put overall experience, thank you Iris.

Best location ever

We had a wonderful holiday at Iris's villa. The location was ideal. The view was the best. We had wonderful weather a very welcome breeze and endless sun. The villa met our needs very well. It was a pleasant walk into town where there were plenty of lovely restaurants. We eat at the harbour a few times which we really enjoyed. We had 3 teenage girls with us and they were very content to say around the pool and wonder up to the beach. Thanks for the fruit and wine Iris it was much appreciated.
