Villa Azalea in Cala D'or

Well maintained villa with a nice garden and pool in walking distance to the sea. Villa Azalea is located in Cala Egos part of Cala d'Or and is furnished in a modern way with bright colours and open space.

Villa Azalea is located in Cala d'Or, in the part called Cala Egos. The cosy fishermen's village Portopetro is only 2 kilometres away and at only about 500 metres there is the rocky beach Cala des Llamp. The centre of Cala Egos and the next sandy beach are at only about 10 minutes walking distance. Cala Egos offers a nice and varied selection of bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The mundane marina of Cala d'Or is in easy reach by car. Around the yacht harbour there are a number of fine dining restaurants with views of the port and the sea. The pedestrian zone is only a small stroll away from the marina. It offers trendy boutiques, restaurants, bars and has a typical Mediterranean flair. Cala D'Or is stretching along the coast and has no less than seven sandy beaches and a few rocky bays to offer. There is also a wide range of leisure, sports and water sports activities.

Villa Azalea is a precious holiday home with modern interiors, which has only recently been fully renovated. On the ground floor there is a large and sunny living room. Next to it is the dining room with views of the garden and the modern kitchen which is fully fitted and which has a pass-through to the dining room. Both living and dining room have access to the terrace and the garden. The ground floor offers two twin bedrooms sharing one barrier free bathroom with shower. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room.

Two more bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite are on the first floor: The master bedroom, which is fitted with a four poster, king size bed and a luxury bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks and a large bedroom with shower bathroom en-suite, which boasts a terrace with marvellous views.

The house offers air-conditioning throughout (all bedrooms, living and dining room).

Finally there is a rooftop terrace with fantastic views of the gardens, the pool and the sea in the distance.

Villa Azalea is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers, palm trees, pine trees and bougainvilleas. There is a large veranda, which is fitted with a wooden table and comfortable rattan sofas. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy some dinners al fresco. The large pool is round and has a diameter of about 5,8 metres. There are sunbeds and a large umbrella to protect from the summer sun. Finally the property offers a barbecue house with a sink and work top and an outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week. The villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
