!!!THE COMFORT IS WITH US AT HOME !!!!

Our apartment is centrally located in Mayrhofen but very quiet, close to the Europahaus. In winter, you are just a few meters from the ski bus stop, where you can take our free ski buses directly to the lifts of the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. In summer, our Zillertal mountains are at your feet - start your tour right outside the front door. The Hintertuxer Glacier for year-round skiing is only 17 km away. A cozy ambience gives our tiled stove, which warms you up after a day in the mountains. Our 80 m² apartment is located in 1. Floor and can accommodate max. 5 persons with two separate bedrooms. There is also a well-equipped kitchen (cookware and dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher, separate bathroom / WC, living room with satellite TV and a sunny balcony. A private cellar compartment for your ski or Hiking equipment is of course also available. For our little guests there's a children's playground in the garden.

Perfect location

Very clean, cosy and well equipped apartment. Perfect location with close to everything and very calm neighborhood. Elisabeth is a very nuce host and we highly recommend the apartment.

Ankommen uns sich Wohlfühlen

Wir waren zur Weiterbildung in Mayrhofen. Wir wurden von Frau Hafner sehr herzlich begrüßt. Der Kamin war angeheizt, die Wohnung warm und gemütlich. Die Wohnung war auf unsere Bedürfnisse hervorragend zugeschnitten. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder.

nette Ferienwohnung recht zentral in Mayrhofen

Nette und saubere Ferienwohnung in Mayrhofen. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern hat es sehr gut gepasst. Supermarkt, Seilbahnen und Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Sollte uns der Weg wieder nach Mayrhofen führen, würden wir wieder buchen.

Great Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great with an excellent restaurant next door. Elisabeth was a great host. We can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely stay here if we should return to Mayrhofen.

Die Ferienwohnung erfüllte alle unsere Ansprüche Sie ist bequem eingerichtet und bietet für den Urlaub ein angenehmes schönes Ersatz-zu-Hause. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr freundlichen Empfang durch die Vermieterin, die auch jederzeit für unsere Fragen schnell erreichbar war. Eine sehr gut zusammengestellte Informationsmappe mit vielen aktuellen Wanderkarten liegt in der Wohnung bereit. wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und sind von unseren Touren immer wieder gern in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt.

Optimale Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Saubere großzügige Ferienwohnung. Vorteil ist dabei die gute zentrale Lage mit Skibus vor der Tür. Einrichtung ist zwar etwas altmodisch, jedoch zweckdienlich und mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr nette Vermieterin die um die Ecke wohnt und jederzeit ansprechbar und Vorort ist. Jederzeit eine Empfehlung.

Eine super Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir, 2 Pärchen, haben eine super Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Super Lage, schön ruhig und fußläufig zum Zentrum. Skibus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas größer als das andere, aber beide groß genug für Erwachsene. Einrichtungstechnisch ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Summer holiday for young family

We would recommend staying here to everyone! Elisabeth gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The property was in a central, quiet, convenient location. It was very well equipped, comfortable and even had parking just outside. It was perfect for young children with swings and a large garden to play. The area had so much to do for children that we’ll have to go back lots of times! We had a wonderful holiday and will be returning to this property as soon as possible! Thank you Elisabeth.

Grosse déception, mauvaise expérience...

Nous avons effectué la réservation par Abritel, comme nous en avons l'habitude, en indiquant bien que le séjour était pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Nous avons tout payé très en avance. La propriétaire nous a confirmé que le paiement était enregistré et validé, elle ne nous a indiqué aucun problème et elle nous a communiqué l'adresse de l'appartement. À notre arrivée, elle nous a expliqué que c'était une erreur d'Abritel qui n'avait pas compté nos trois enfants. Pourtant j'ai vérifié dans le récapitulatif de notre réservation et il est bien indiqué 5 personnes. Et, si vraiment il y avait un souci avec la somme totale, si Abritel nous avait fait payer pour 2 et non pour 5 personnes, la propriétaire aurait pu nous prévenir avant notre arrivée. Nous avions tout payé plus d'un mois avant notre arrivée et elle ne nous avait signalé aucun problème ! Pourtant nous avons eu plusieurs échanges avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Pourquoi nous avoir confirmé notre paiement sans nous dire avant que nos trois enfants n'avaient pas été comptés ? Pourquoi nous affirmer seulement le jour de notre arrivée que nous avions payé pour 2 personnes et pas pour 5 ? Pourtant sur ma réservation figurant sur Abritel, je vois bien 5 personnes ! S'il y avait une erreur dans la réservation d'Abritel, si vraiment Abritel nous avait fait payer pour 2 personnes tout en indiquant 5 personnes sur la confirmation de réservation, il fallait nous le dire avant. Quel manque de communication ! Mais y avait-il vraiment une erreur ? Ce n'est vraiment pas honnête et nous avons le sentiment d'avoir payé de manière injuste et forcée cette somme supplémentaire. Nous avons été très choqués. Nous nous sentions coincés... Cela a gâché vraiment nos vacances ! Par ailleurs il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver le linge dans l'appartement... La vaisselle n'était pas non plus très propre... Il restait de la nourriture séchée dans deux casseroles. Bref, une très mauvaise expérience pour nous...

Wir haben zusammen mit unserem 2,5 jährigen Sohn für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft Urlaub gemacht. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es hat uns ans nichts gefehlt und die Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Large spacious apartment in great location in Mayrhofen. Apartment has 2 double beds and one comfortable single settee type bed. Easily accomodates 5 adults. Central heating and plenty of hot water. Well equiped, you are short of nothing, and if you did find you needed something I'm sure Elisabeth would find it for you. Ski locker with heated boot holders in the basement. Ski bus tops right outside apartment. A number of great eating places within easy walking distance. I've been staying in apartments in ski resorts for 20 years and this is one of the best.

heerlijk ruim en schoon huis in het centrum van mayrhofen, in een rustige buurt. skibus voor de deur en eigen parkeerplek voor de auto. alles schoon en goed onderhouden. klein balkonnetje ook heel fijn.

Zeer goed appartement

Fijn en compleet appartement op minder dan 5 min.loopafstand van het centrum van Mayrhofen. En voor de wintersporters; de skibus stopt 10 mtr.van de voordeur. Ook frau Hafner zorgt dat het aan niets ontbreekt. Een echte aanrader!!

Erg goed appartement

Een erg goed en compleet appartement. Minder dan 5 min.op loopafstand van het centrum. Voor wintersporters; de skibus stopt voor de deur. Verder een erg aardige frau Hafner die garant staat voor een fijne vakantie en zorgt dat het in het appartement aan niks ontbreekt.

Great apartment in brilliant location!

We've just returned from a lovely week in Mayrhofen. We travelled as a family of four (two young children aged 5 & 7) and a family friend. We've skied a lot of different resorts in Europe and Canada . We're all teachers and have led various school parties so understand what works and what doesn't. Elizabeth is a brilliant and professional owner. Elizabeth even dropped off a lovely plate of Christmas treats and her husband left a small present for our children from the the ski school he instructs for. Constantly in email contact from the start, I even arranged to meet Elizabeth at Easter to leave a deposit. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The apartment is large in space, very clean and a fantastic location. A two minute walk and your in the centre of Mayrhofen. The ski bus stop is literally 20 yards from the front door. Boot and ski storage downstairs in the cellar (boot warmers present). Free wifi and the TV even accessed BBC 1 & 2 from the UK. The apartment is centrally heated and was very warm, even for my wife who feels the cold. We ate in several different places and the nearest is less than 100 yards away (great traditional food). This apartment is on the first floor, but would suit two couples or a young family who want to be near everything in the town, but in a quiet suburb. We definitely will be visiting this place again.

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment in January and March 2013. The location is great because the Main Street and restaurants etc are only a few hundred yards away. The apartment is large and comfortable and the owner is a lovely friendly lady. We would all definitely stay there again.
