The cosy "Ferienwohnung bei Marta" is perfectly located in the centre of Radolfzell, a picturesque lakeside town on the shore of the beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with largely unused appliances, a double bed, a single bed, as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 persons. Upon prior request a 4th guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Further amenities includes fans. From the balcony you can see as far as Lake Constance.

Due to the central location the next supermarket is only 240 m (3 minutes walk) away, while restaurants, cafés and bars are only 4 minutes walk (350 m) from the apartment. The nearest lido Mettnau is 2.3 km (5 minutes by car or 6 minutes by bus from the Villa Bosch bus stop, which is a 10 minute walk away) from the apartment. As the train station is only 15 minutes on foot (1.2 km) away, the city of Constance can be easily reached by train in 32 minutes. By car it takes about 25 minutes (23 km) from Radolfzell. The house owner runs the restaurant "Vereinsheim des Eisenbahner Sportverein" 2.9 km (7 minutes by car) from the apartment and is always happy to welcome guests of the apartment for lunch or dinner.

There are parking options available at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The washing machine can be used for a small extra charge.

Wohnung stimmt nicht mit dem Inserat überein.

Nach der Buchung hat die Vermieterin auf 3 Emails und auch auf WhatsApp Nachrichtigen nicht reagiert. Auf einen Anruf wollte sie zurückrufen, hat sie aber nicht gemacht, ich musste erneut anrufen um einige dringende Fragen abzuklären. Am Tag des Check-In angerufen, und für 14:30 Treffen vor dem Haus vereinbart. Wir mussten 14:50 erneut anrufen und sie ist dann gegen 15:20 erschienen. Wir standen bis dahin nur schlecht geschützt im strömenden Gewitterregen. Zur Ausstattung: Das Sofa aus dem Inserat ist nicht mehr da, und das TV-Gerät ist nicht im sogenannten Wohnzimmer, sondern im Essbereich. Ein gemütliches Filme schauen ist nicht möglich wenn eine Person am Esstisch sitzen muss, da in dem Bereich nur ein leidlich bequemer Sessel steht. Auch der Pin zur Freischaltung der Kindersicherung bei Filmen über 16 Jahren wurde uns trotz Nachfragen nicht mitgeteilt (sie hat ihn nicht gefunden ????). Der im Inserat versprochene Blick auf den See ist schlicht und ergreifend gelogen. Von der Lage der Wohnung her gar nicht möglich. Und was die Ausstattung betrifft: mit einem Topf mit 14 cm Durchmesser kann man nicht mal Nudeln kochen. Eine verkratzte Pfanne war auch noch da. Auf Nachfrage hiess es: Wollten Sie etwa kochen?. Alles in allem war diese Wohnung einfach zu teuer für das, was letztendlich geboten wurde. Zu viel Ärger um einen entspannten Urlaub zu geniessen.

Die Sauberkeit des Objektes war wirklich hervorragend. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und die Verwalterin war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich.
