2 Bedroom/2 bathrooms on three levels with mountain views & private hot tub

The Lagoons at Stoney Creek is a quiet family oriented complex centrally located in Whistler Village North. Leave your car parked in the free secured underground garage for the duration of your stay and enjoy the close proximity to all Whistler Blackcomb has to offer. You can catch the free shuttle across the street to the lifts (less than 5 minutes) or walk through the village to the lifts in 10 minutes. The large grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and all the amenities of the village are right across the street! Our townhouse is situated on the quiet side of the complex overlooking the tranquil lagoon and the mountains beyond.

The unit is on three levels. The entrance foyer is equipped with a large closet, a convenient bench, hooks and plenty of space for your skiis and gear. It has a forced air heater perfect for warming clothes and boots. Upstairs on the second level you will find a cozy living area with gas fireplace, a large harvest table that seats 6 and a large fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. On the third level are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin over double bunk bed. There are also two bathrooms on this level (one with a jetted tub, one with shower) and laundry. There is a large deck off the master bedroom with private hot tub, as well as a deck off of the living room, both with views of the mountain.

We are a local well-travelled family from Vancouver that loves to ski and bike. Over the years, Whistler has become one of our most favourite destinations. We make regular trips all year long and enjoy all that the area has to offer. Whistler is truly a four seasons destination with something for everyone!

This is our vacation home and we love it! When we are not using it, we are happy to share it with others to enjoy!

Why Kathy Wilson chose Village North

After many years of weekend trips to Whistler from the city, we decided to choose a permanent vacation home there. We chose Lagoons at Stoney Creek because of its convenient location and close proximity to the mountains and the village, and its quiet tranquil family atmosphere. The complex is very close to everything Whistler has to offer, yet provides a very quiet peaceful setting.

What makes this townhome unique

This is a quiet family oriented complex and our family home. This unit is not suitable to rent for large party groups (ie: graduations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, boys'/girls' weekend etc.)

We had a fantastic family trip to Whistler Village

Sean and Kathy were super easy to deal with, excellent and helpful communication before, during and after our stay. Their condo is in a great location and was so well outfitted, with lots of little extras like shampoo, ketchup and table napkins, plus a huge binder full of suggestions and tips. They even had board games and movies! We particularly liked having the second level so someone could go upstairs and read/have a hot tub while others were watching TV etc., and the beds were very comfortable with extra pillows, fluffy towels, and cosy blankets galore. It was also nice to have the underground parking since we had a lot of snow. Highly recommend this rental it was a wonderful base for our Whistler trip.

Wonderful ski condo!

We stayed over Christmas with our family. The condo is cozy, clean and well-equipped. The location is also perfect--quick walk to the slopes and right across the street from restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Just make sure you know where the unit is in the complex, as it can be hard to find the first time, especially in the dark. We appreciated the comfy beds, hot tub and the heated downstairs area for ski stuff. The owners are responsive and generous (you are welcome to use any condiments, etc). We hope to stay there again!

Great, cozy option and a very short walk to shops and slopes!

We'd gladly go back in a minute! Sean was very responsive and even dropped by to handle a few minor issues the same day. It's an easy walk (even in boots) to the slopes and the place itself is very comfortable, especially the master bedroom. Hot tub is a major plus, as is the fireplace. Grocery and liquor store right across the street and a whole bunch of other shops and restaurants as well.

First time visitors to Whistler - brought the whole family to chase around an Ironman. Location was perfect for getting a glimpse of our athlete, wandering through the village, and heading home in between events to rest up or refuel everyone.

Sean was great - checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. Would happily stay here again.

A clean, comfortable, and well situated place!

Sean and Kathy have a wonderful place here and they're cool people to deal with too, with open, clear, consistent, and friendly communication as well as processes. The unit is situated central to the main village, which is easily walkable and yet removed enough from the fray that to enjoy the peace and quiet too. Everything was clean and well organized inside with no surprises. The pictures are exactly what you get. While it will accommaodate 6, we reserved this place for a group of 4, which for our preferences was better for our overall space and comfort sensibilities. Again, cool place, cool people, and a definite high five.

Fantastic condo close to lifts!

My brother and I had an awesome stay at Sean's place. Its a 10 minute walk to the Whistler gondola and all the shops, Starbucks, grocery stores, etc are in between!

This is a great setup for families with kids, couples, etc.

I'll definitely stay there again!
