An exclusive, gated community that provides a unique sanctuary. It offers a 2-mile crescent beach and views of the El Yunque rainforest all within a stunning 483-acre nature reserve. Experience culinary delights, world-class amenities, a Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course, and endless activities and experiences.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Murphy) or
4 adults (1 King, 1 Queen) and 2 Children (Murphy Queen)

1. Master Bedroom: One king bed, 2025 Samsung Smart TV and lake golf course view private terrace. Ample en-suite master bathroom with dresser, separate hot tub and shower, a double vanity, and separate private toilet and bidet.

Committed to preserving the natural integrity of each site, the course features impressive greens along the ocean, scenic lakes, undulating fairways and gentle ocean breezes. The course’s breathtaking splendor is matched only by the world-class play it offers to golfers of all abilities. The course is certified as a Silver Signature Sanctuary by Audubon International. Ask the golf shop on arranging a golf tour on other courses in Puerto Rico

2) Activities
The Boathouse offers equipment and gear for lake adventures and activities, including biking, fishing, kayaking and more. Have thrilling experiences at the beach, family adventures and unique ways to stay fit. Enjoy kite surfing, windsurfing, skimboarding, ocean paddle boarding, ocean kayaking and beach volleyball. Rentals and lessons are available upon request.

We had a great stay. The home was clean and quality. It had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to pool towels and beach gear. We also got to use a golf cart to get around the property which was awesome. The kids really enjoyed the boathouse where they got to play on a huge floating obstacle course with waterslides and jumps. I would definitely recommend this home

Our stay at this modern luxury condo in Bahia Beach Resort at the Four Seasons in Puerto Rico was nothing short of amazing. From arrival, everything was seamless—the golf cart was charged and ready, and our resort passes were waiting, making it easy to settle in right away.The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully designed with high-end furnishings, fully stocked, and offered gorgeous views. Getting around was effortless, with the beach just a quick golf cart ride away. We loved the resort amenities, including three pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and ping pong while enjoying smoothies and fresh juice. The brunch was spectacular.Our young adults especially loved the inflatable water park within walking distance. We also enjoyed the additional pool and BBQ area just steps from the condo, which made for great family time. It was the perfect balance of spending time together or doing our own thing, and it never felt overcrowded.Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, even offering a late checkout. We enjoyed every minute and truly didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to return!

Zen. I personally have never felt this kind of Zen anywhere else unless you want to go to Far East Asia. The amazing well curated botanical garden of tropical trees and plants is only the beginning. The morning song of birds chirping and frogs singing in unison at night is something to witness. It's a chorus of happy wildlife. The peaceful walks and sparkling lake along with fresh ocean breeze is what sold me. Yes, a bit away from San Juan but people can always go there but never here. Being at the foothills of the only US national rainforest El Yunque is pretty amazing. I haven't seen a place like this anywhere in the US including Florida.

There are many excellent choices in the immediate area as well as in San Juan. This location I believe is better than having an ocean view. Yes you can hear the ocean waves but you lose the wildlife and tropical greenery. The ocean can intimidate at night with the total infinite blackness. The tropical preserve is beautiful day or night. The property can be a bit far from select restaurants in San Juan but you are also away from the traffic congestion as well as loud noises. I supplemented the unit with a new grill and air fryer to provide a rich culinary experience. Once freshly stocked with your preferred ingredients, you can enjoy a healthy inexpensive meal to offset some of the pricier options. The cooking bonding with family and friends as well as options to try mixology at your leisure will truly be fulfilling. I have provided many classic board games and a new PS5 gaming console for those unforeseen rainy days. New patio furniture also added for a more comfortable outdoor experience. Access to the golf course and unlimited balls at the driving range will certainly improve your game. Families will enjoy the inflatable water course as well as the kayaking, paddle boarding, and biking to name a few. Yes I have tried them all!
