Este apartamento frente al mar está justo en la playa y es el más cercano al Hotel Wyndham. (100 pies). Está completamente actualizado sin alfombras o cortinas). Playa frente al apartamento y piscinas. 13 pistas de tierra batida y 2 campos de golf de 18 hoyos. Selva tropical a 7 minutos con cascadas y senderos. Restaurantes, Casino Margaritaville Bar 3 minutos a pie y música en vivo en el lobby del hotel con excelentes restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de recuerdos. A 5 minutos: tirolesa, kayak nocturno en aguas fluorescentes (¡increíble!) alquileres de agua como Jetskis en la playa y mucho más !!

Beautiful stay

Stunning views from the condo in one of the nicest beaches in Puerto Rico. Weather was spectacular and the ocean was warm and wavy. We are big swimmers and took a dip in the ocean every day. Wonderful trip.

The photos speak for themselves. In addition, our host, Diana, also was gracious enough to make key recommendations to us for what we can do locally, restaurants etc -- and all on short notice. We would definitely go back again!

We truly enjoyed our stay, and I want to thank Sandra for her quick responses before our trip on November 18, 2025, and Diana for her availability and attentiveness throughout our visit from November 18–24. Their support made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the balcony offered a nice view!A few minor improvements would make the experience even better for future guests:Providing extra napkins and paper towels would be helpful.The bathroom vent in our room could use a cleaning.The refrigerator door seal has some mildew and may need attention.The keypad stopped working during our last three days.The bottom frame of the veranda door was dirty and could use cleaning and lubrication.One tip for future guests: I recommend taking a quick photo of the gate key fob and parking garage opener(s) upon arrival, to avoid any misunderstandings after checkout.Overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the team’s responsiveness and hospitality.Best regards,The Aleu’s sisters

Excellent Apartment

Excellent apartment that has it all. Large, clean, modern unit in perfect location with amazing ocean view. Big bedrooms and well stocked, open kitchen made for a great stay. Responsive management. Would definitely return.

Great place

Great place to stay, beautiful resort. Kids loved the beach. Easy to get around to places. Downfall of our condo was we hardly had warm water to shower, it was more luke warm, sometimes cold. Building was still under construction and definitely seemed older than the rest of the resort. But overall it was great.

Right on the beach, ocean view from balcony

We really liked the location. Our room had a nice ocean view from the balcony. Getting to the beach was just a walk down our building's stairs, follow a short walkway, and then we were on the sand. The Wyndham Grand Resort was right next door, so we were able to go to their restaurants and bars easily. The room we rented was very spacious. It had 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds. There were 2 bathrooms, a nice open family room, a big kitchen, and a balcony with 4 seats. We had to arrive very late at night (10 pm), but it didn't matter because the property owner gave us the room's door code in advance, so we could let ourselves in. We bought a lot of food and drinks and left the unopened things behind for the next guests. We were all very happy with the rental.

Perfect family getaway!

We just returned home from a week-long stay here and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is exactly as it looks online - clean, bright and open, with close and easy access to the pool and beach. We had two adults and two teens staying here and it was plenty of space for us. Lots of drawers and closets space, and we all RAVED about how comfortable the beds are - we slept just like at home! We very much enjoyed having a full kitchen to make coffee and some of our meals, and being close to the resort was great with its amenities, restaurants, coffee shop, rental car pickup, etc was also a huge plus. But the villas were peaceful and quiet - the pools and beach were never crowded the entire week we stayed. Sandra was amazingly helpful from the moment I booked - answering all of my questions throughout the planning time as well as a few during our stay. She even helped us find last minute transportation to the airport when we realized we hadn’t set that up in advance, and our driver was the best we had our entire trip. We often started and finished our days walking the beach then relaxing on the balcony with its amazing views of the ocean - it truly doesn’t get much better than that! We miss it already and cannot wait to go back again!

Beautiful spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa overlooks the beach, is spacious, and pretty well equipped. You can eat at the hotel’s pretty good restaurants on the beach (too long a wait to go for breakfast) but then get away from the craziness. The pool was nice. It’s close to Luquillo, kiosks and Fajardo, and there is a good supermarket nearby—Fam Coop. Plus a great little Mexican place at the highway—Dos Panzas. The villa owner was very nice to work with and responsive. Recommend having a list of activities for guests and some local attractions and restaurants. Thanks for your hospitality.

Fantastic location and property!

We stayed at the newly renewed villa for one week. They were still finishing up, but it is very light and bright, and the view from the deck is AMAZING. I loved the location of the Ocean Villas-only a half hour to the airport and right by the bio bay and El Yunque. It is easy to get to pool area and was not crowded. I would forewarn anyone who likes palapas on the beach as seen in the photos—they no longer exist, and if you want to lay out on the beach you cannot-there are only Tommy Bahama chairs. If the pool is your thing, this will not matter to you. The water is beautiful and it was nice having a bar/restaurant close by. The condo beds were comfortable and gave each room privacy. I would also be very clear in advance on how to find the villa, as it is confusing and there was no one working in the office upon our arrival to ask. Diana was also great about responding-but note that it was not always from VRBO so sometimes it was a little harder to find things—was it my email versus VRBO. Overall, I recommend this property for 2 couples or for families!

A beautiful piece of PR paradise

We booked through VRBO but this unit is managed by an outside company, Caribbean Luxury Rentals, so we received a lot of emails from outside the app. Our unit was apparently being remodeled so the company put us in a different unit, which was in the building next door (same complex.) We were fine with the adjustment, and CLR covered the difference in price with the new unit because it was more expensive and nicer inside (same 2Br 2Ba.) We stayed on the 5th Floor, and the views were postcard-worthy. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The kitchen was granite with nice appliances, and the living space had two couches, comfy chairs, a dining table, and two balconies. It was great for our needs. The best feature of this property is LOCATION! Take the elevator downstairs, and you're standing by the pool. Walk about 150 feet, and you're on the sand. The beach was well-groomed, and the ocean was warm for swimming. The pool area was clean and inviting, with 2 pools, hot tub, chairs, tables, and a gas grill. If you walk about 5 minutes down the beach path, there's a tiki bar on the beach with live music, just adjacent to the hotel. We went into the hotel and walked around a bit, checked out the restaurants and casino, and we know we made the right choice to stay at the Ocean Villas instead of in the hotel proper. The hotel is just so busy, loud, and everyone is dressed up. The Ocean Villas are quiet, relaxed, casual vibe, great for adults and families without being "kiddie" focused, with our own pools and better beach access. Just a more chill place to call our home base for our Luquillo adventure. We don't play golf or tennis, so no reviews of that. A couple of snags: we didn't know which building we were in, and I had to go into the villas office to find a housekeeping person to direct me to the proper unit. Also, you have to go inside the unit to retrieve the garage clicker and the parking pass. We didn't know this ahead of time, and I had to call the local contact, Euniz, who was very sweet and helpful. Once we got that settled, everything went smoothly. Also, there is a trash chute at the end of each floor, so don't go to the garage with your trash looking for a dumpster like we did lol. Had to call Euniz to find that out, as well. This property is very convenient to El Yunque, the Kiosks, Fajardo, and basically anything else you want to do on this section of the island. We loved the property and would stay again in Ocean Villas.

Amazing Vacation

We had a great week at this villa! It gave my family of 4 (two teenage sons) plenty of room to relax. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach - boogie boards, extra chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels. We had a small issue getting into the apartment at check-in, and the on site manager arrived immediately to resolve it.

Caribbean family vacation

We loved this property! We travelled with our two teenager children from Michigan. We had our own room and the children shared the second bedroom. There was more space than expected in the common kitchen, dinning and living rooms. This rental is located right next to the resort., just a short walk. We were able to use their pools and hot tubs as well as the ones at the condo. We also spent a decent amount of time at the outdoor, beachside bar and restaurant. The food and cocktails were fabulous! We also went to the owner recommended local restaurant, Lolitas. It was very good and we enjoyed our time there. We hiked up to Mt Britton in the rainforest, visited the kiosks in Luquillo, and snorkeled and kayaked in Fajardo. The booklet with local info was thorough and much appreciated. It was a great vacation for all of us. Lots of relaxation time at the beach with the toys provided. It is well worth the investment to stay here. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and comfortable

Excellent place for vacation!

Is an excellent place to vacation and for stay on business meeting. The kitchen is beautiful and every thing in the villas was perfectly decorated.

We also Own Villa Tuscany mansion also inside The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort (a 10 bedroom villa) I opened Caribbean Luxury Rentals 15 years ago and Manage many properties and offer full concierge services like Transportation, excursions, chef and Grocery pre-stock services, Private Guide through the Rain Forest with trails and waterfalls. Once you book here you can request any of our services & Excursions. I also manage other properties, from 1 bd beachfront to 10 Bd Large villas.
