La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2013. I servizi includono, cucina completa con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuove superfici in granito in cucina e bagni e nuovi pavimenti in pietra in cucina, sala e hall, nuovi tappeti in due camere da letto e nuovo pavimento in legno nel master. La camera da letto principale è ampia e spaziosa e contiene un cursore per un cortile privato e piscina con una grande cabina armadio e bagno privato. Tutte le pareti interne ed esterne sono state ridipinte!

Il bellissimo soggiorno ha una grande TV HD e la casa dispone di connessione internet wireless gratuita. L'aria condizionata e i ventilatori a soffitto sono forniti in tutte le camere da letto e nella camera familiare per consentire il controllo individuale della temperatura.

La piscina e il paesaggio sono gestiti abitualmente da servizi professionali. La piscina dispone di un riscaldatore per consentire il nuoto durante l'inverno, l'inizio della primavera e la tarda stagione autunnale quando la temperatura dell'aria scende durante la notte. Il patio privato ha una zona pranzo esterna di nuova costruzione con 8 posti a sedere, un dispositivo di raffreddamento e un lavandino in alluminio. Ci sono comode sedie e salotti da giardino e due ombrelloni portatili .. C'è anche un nuovo barbecue in acciaio inossidabile e una ciotola di fuoco propano integrata e numerose luci solari esterne.
Due delle camere hanno letti queen size e materassi nuovissimi. Il cemento fuori dalla porta scorrevole è stato rivestito e una nuova copertura per patio in alluminio è stata installata sulla zona pranzo esterna con ventilatore esterno per un maggiore comfort.

La cucina è ben fornita e ha una caffettiera Keurig.

Ostic Property 2025

This is our 11th or 12th year renting the Ostic property. That says it all. It’s like coming home to us. The owners are wonderful caring people. The house and back yard are like an oasis. We’d never have to leave but we do because the property is close to so many fun places. God permitting we plan on going back in 2026.

2024 Ostic’s & Gold Canyon AZ

This was our 10th year staying at the Ostic property in Gold Canyon, AZ. That says it all. We love this house, the area, the neighbors, the closeness to fun things to do and the Ostic’s. Gold Canyon Zen

This property was wonderful, the home is relaxing and comfortable! The pool was just beautiful day or night. Being so close to the Superstition Mountain's had a Zen quality about it. The whole experience was amazing!

Poolside serenity in the Desert

No need to venture too far from the lovely pool,just kick back and enjoy the birds and scenery. Lots of updates in the pool area, and you couldn't ask for nicer, more accommodating hosts. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable, or you can tryout the bikes if you want to venture further afield.

Desert Oasis

Fully equipped property with gorgeous pool area and mountain views. Upscale neighborhood and quick drive to shopping, hiking and kayaking lower Salt river. Excellent hosts too! Nicely furnished rooms and will stay there again next year.

This was our second stay this year at this beautiful property. Everything is absolutely perfect for relaxing in the sun by the heated pool . We spent time playing acoustic quitars with the great neighbors that live by . The house comes with all you need to start your vacation. Thank you very much We will be back for a third visit

Beautiful home with an amazing backyard

This was the second time my husband and I had an amazing stay. The backyard is an oasis with spectacular mountain views! The house with the new addition is very spacious and well stocked with all the necessities for a relaxing vacation. We throughly enjoyed the addition of the juke box. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions and issues. You will not find more kind, considerate, and generous owners. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home....

We always are 100% satisfied with our stay at the Ostic property.

This prosperity has everything you need for a long or a short stay. Backyard is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well supplied with spices, dishes and all the necessities. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

2-Month Stay in Gold Canyon

This was our seventh year staying at this property. We absolutely love it. Very well stocked with everything you will need. And it’s so close to restaurants, shopping, golf and all the fun things you want to do while on vacation. The Ostic’s are the most caring, friendly, and considerate people to rent from. Wonderful place in Gold Canyon!

We just spent 10 days at this property and loved it. The outdoor space is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it since the weather was especially warm for October. The house had absolutely everything that we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home. The homeowner, Kevin was very friendly and responsive from our initial inquiry about the house and we highly recommend this home for your future stay in the desert!

Excellent in everyway.

Kevin and Beth have thought of everything for a most comfortable stay. The kitchen well stocked with everything for cooking and serving. The pool a very relaxing and pleasant area inviting you to swim or just sit and enjoy the weather. By the way the pool was sparkling always such a treat. We could not have had a better time relaxing and with choices for things to do . Thanks for a great month of getaway.

My husband and I have been married for 40 years. we reside in the Seattle, Washington area and have raised our 3 daughters here. We have always loved the Gold Canyon area, Arizona golf, MLB spring training, and sunshine! Now that we have a beautiful home in Arizona it's hard to decide where to stay!
Our daughters are all on their own now so we are entering a brand new, exciting stage of life.

This property has it all. Privacy, beautiful views, hiking trails, walking trails, world class golf minutes away, private back yard with heated pool, recently remodeled with modern finishes, and comfy beds! It is the wild west revisited complete with doves on top of the saguaros, roadrunners & lizards on the fence, and coyotes howling at night! May even glimpse an occasional owl, pack of javelina's, bobcat, or rattlesnake meandering down the road!

We absolutely love the surrounding Superstition and Dinosaur mountains and the natural desert setting behind the home with limitless wildlife and birds. The back yard and pool are perfect if you want to barbecue, relax, or swim. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer service and our goal is to ensure you have a seamless, fun, and relaxing vacation!
