The best part!… there is no vehicle traffic on the entire trail. While you’ll feel completely immersed in nature, you're just a 5-minute drive, or 15-minute bike ride, to the quaint historic town of Harrison founded in 1899. There you will find:
Restaurants
Bar
Small grocery/convenience store
Post office
Live music on weekends
Creamery
Coffee shop
Bike rentals
Marina
A public beach
Boutique shops and more
50 Minute scenic drive to down town CDA
2 hour drive to the world famous Hiawatha bike trail
If you have a boat, the CDA river and the St Joe river are both just minutes away from the property.
From the CDA river, you can access several additional lakes by boat (great fishing opportunities).
Just far enough to unwind, yet close enough to enjoy the area’s best offerings.
This is more than a stay—it’s a tranquil lakeside experience, designed to leave you refreshed, inspired, and a little more connected to nature.
Guest access
The ranch house is all yours, along with access to the boat dock, and 2 canoes (no life vests provided). The owners house is on the same property, several 100 feet to the North. You will have plenty of privacy in the ranch house with little to no interference from the property owner.
Other things to note
This home was built in 1902. Although it has been updated many times, some of the architecture is original and may not be aligned with today’s standards. As an example, the staircase is part of the original construction, the surface has been updated but the pitch is slightly steeper and the size of the steps are a little smaller.
