This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully furnished vacation home is ideally situated in the sought-after Sanders Beach area of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Just two short blocks from the lake and a few blocks from Downtown Sherman Avenue, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, the CDA Resort, fine dining, and local events, this home offers both convenience and comfort.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the three additional bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Every bedroom is equipped with USB charging outlets and an HDTV (except the lower-level bedroom, where the TV is located in the game room). The game room also includes a full-sized daybed for extra sleeping space. A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs, and each bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. Beach towels are also provided for your lakeside adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, grinder, tea kettle, toaster oven, blender, mixer, dishes, utensils, and a microwave. For families with young children, children's dishware, utensils, a portable baby crib, and a high chair are available. The living room features a 65" 4K UHD TV, and high-speed internet is provided by Spectrum.

The game room is a great spot for fun and relaxation, equipped with a game table, air hockey, a cocktail arcade loaded with classic video games, board games, playing cards, and poker chips. There's also a small desk with a monitor for anyone needing to get some work done or browse the web.

The spacious backyard is designed for relaxation, offering a propane BBQ grill, ample cozy seating, and a fire pit table surrounded by Adirondack chairs—perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

This lovely vacation home provides all the comforts of home in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood—just minutes away from the best that Coeur d'Alene has to offer.

This property was perfect for our group of 7. The kitchen was well stocked. The basement games were a hit with the kids. The bathrooms were well stocked and we had plenty of linens. Added bonus were the paddle boards and beach towels! The beds were comfortable too. The only heads up is the ceiling height upstairs. My husband and I are 5'11" and the upstairs bathroom was tight because of the bungalow style roof. Not a deal breaker, but just something worth noting. Communication with the host was perfect and the ease of check in and out was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has been thoroughly updated and is very nice and well maintained. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the downtown district, and easily walkable. You can't beat it!We were particularly impressed with the amenities. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Everything from the dishes and pots and pans to the paper towels and other household supplies was much nicer and better stocked than we typically expect from a vacation rental. The home was very enjoyable and had everything we needed.The backyard was also a great feature. We loved the gas barbecue and fire pit and spent our evenings sitting outside and relaxing.The hosts were wonderful and communicated very well throughout our stay. The instructions were clear and concise, and we also appreciated that the checkout process was simple and didn't come with a long list of chores.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was even better than the pictures! Outside area was perfect for eating and gathering for coffee in the mornings. Plenty of towels for beach and boat. These were the most comfortable beds and sheets ever!

We loved our time at Katrin and John’s house! I cannot thank them enough! They literally thought of everything for their guests. From the beach towels to the kitchen equipment, everything was high end and new. I’ve been in houses where the paper towels and toilet paper are thin and cheap, but not here…and we had plenty of it. The inside was beautiful and updated. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, bath towels extremely fluffy and absorbent. I appreciate the fact that there were black towels and washcloth because I always feel guilty when my hair dye and make up comes off on the beautiful white towels. The basement had a retro video game that made for some super-fun Galaga tournaments at night. It was a fun place to gather when it was hot outside, as well. The third story bed room got a little warm, but there were two large fans in the closet that made a huge difference. The central A/C worked excellent!We loved the outside space, as well. There is plenty of seating around the fire pit and a table/chairs for dinner or games. Unfortunately, it was a little hot to eat outside, but the inside table held us all just fine. One of my biggest pet peeves in Vrbo’s is when someone says the place sleeps 8 to 10 but only has four chairs at the kitchen table. Katrin and John had plenty of seating at all the tables, in the living room, and the basement, and it was fantastic for our group!Thank you, again, for a fantastic stay. Your Idahoan hospitality is five star!

We can't say enough about our stay in this beautiful home in Coeur d'Alene. Charming is the perfect word to describe it! All the details that are frequently overlooked at other places were not overlooked here. We came for a family vacation with multi-generations and this was the perfect home for our stay. How nice it was to enter this comfortable & charming home only to have a bottle of wine waiting for us as a 'thank you' for choosing here for our stay. The counter was stocked with bottles of H2O, coffee & hot chocolate packets. The kitchen also provided everything that you could possibly want or need. We enjoyed a stocked linen closet with plenty of towels for our party of 9 including beach towels, an iron, umbrellas & laundry soap for our use. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms w/TVs in each and an additional comfy bed downstairs. The kids loved the basement room w/all of the games- a perfect space for them to enjoy. The living room had ample seating and the cozy fired place was perfect on cooler evenings. We all enjoyed the beautiful backyard full of colorful flowers and the fire pit was an awesome addition! The only thing I can think to suggest is that if you have taller people in your party the upstairs room is not the best choice for them as the ceiling slopes. Also, all of the beds are quite high and it was almost comedic getting my 82-year-old mom in bed each night-she just slid off the side in the morning. However these things would not detour us from another stay:)

Idaho - Golf Tournament House

This property was amazing. It was the perfect stay for a work trip. The only surprise was that there was a resident living above the garage although we never even saw them or heard from them. I would highly recommend this location!

Family Fun Trip

Perfect location for a wonderful stay in CDA! Everything was walking distance; beaches, hikes, downtown. The house was cozy and cute for two families. Kids had the entire downstairs to hang out, play games and watch tv. Enjoyed outside time with a quiet street and a fire pit at night. Cannot recommend this house enough, we would love to come back again!

Great stay and location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was very clean and well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable. It’s an older home with lots of character, but the updates throughout give it a fresh and modern feel without losing its charm.The location was great - easy to get to local shops, restaurants, lake CDA and hiking at Tubbs Hill, yet quiet enough to relax. The neighborhood is in transition, some nice homes and others are borderline dilapidated - just as an FYI.Communication with the owner was also top-notch. They were always responsive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free.Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

STEM conference stay

My team and I came up to attend a STEM conference for the week and had the best stay at this property. It was nice to come home after a long day of learning and relax in our own bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio around the fire pit and debriefing the day. It was so quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed that the house was so close to the beach and enjoyed swimming in the lake each night. The property included beach towels which was perfect because we did not pack any in our suitcases. Overall, the special touches and space was perfect for 4 ladies and we would definitely come back up to stay on another work trip or with our families.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little house near downtown Coeur d’Alene. The house has everything you need including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) and an extra bed in the basement space. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, the living, dining and kitchen areas. The basement has a game area with air hockey and a table for the board games. They also have a video game which we did not play. The second floor has a master bedroom and bath.The location worked perfectly for us. We like walking and we were within walking distance of Tubbs Hill, downtown and the beach. We also found a small gym just a few blocks away. We did have a car that we used on a few occasions, but you would not need one if you’re comfortable walking a bit and carrying groceries.The hosts were very communicative and let us know what was going on during check in and responded promptly to questions. The house had generous supplies - little things like toilet paper and trash bags were plentiful that normally we have to buy mid week when we rent a home. So many rentals are very chintzy on supplies.We also enjoyed the backyard which had a fire pit and grill. And the AC was great when we had a couple of days over 90! The room on the second floor does get a little warm on a hot day, but it cools down at night. On the flip-side, the basement stays cool if you like cooler temperatures to sleep. We would stay at this delightful home again!

Great location. Very walkable to downtown, hiking, shopping and lake. Great home with full amenities and cute backyard. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend for a girls weekend or family vacation. Game room was awesome!
