It is a romantic hill-top studio for 2-persons, with a gorgeous view of the lake & the Alps. This adorable studio has a spacious bedroom opening into a private balcony with the lake view in front. The studio has 1 bathroom, a decent eat-in kitchen with refrigerator & 2-cooking hot plates. The studio is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a panoramic view of the lake-Alps & a place for a romantic drink or dinner; space for cook-out & having a barbeque. The studio is situated in an exclusive & quite neighbourhood in the hills above Ascona. Within 10 min walking distance is a public park, a swimming pool, several hiking & mountain biking trails, many restaurants & grottos offering traditional Ticino specialities. A 15 minute drive takes you to Locarno, town of International Film Festival (in August), Ascona, & Cannobio (Italy) which has beautiful promenades, gardens, boutiques/shops along the lake & the old town, nice gardens & colourful open air shopping, & Boat to Island of Brissago.

Location, Surroundings & What to Do: The studio is situated in an exclusive & quite neighbourhood in the hills above Ascona (Ronco sopra Ascona). Within walking distance you’ll find a public park & a swimming pool for children, hiking trails for everyone, trails for mountain biking, & several restaurants with local specialities. The Village of Ronco sopra Acsona (20 min walk from studio), offers several restaurants around its church. Within ten minutes of walking distance from the apartment are several grotto’s in Arcegno offering traditional Ticino specialities. A 10 minute drive to Locarno, town of International Film Festival (in August), Ascona or Cannobio (Italy) offers beautiful promenades, gardens, boutiques/shops along the lake & the old town, Lido, nice gardens & colourful open air shopping opportunity, & farmers market. In the middle of the lake between Brissago & Porto Ronco is the Island of Brissago with a botanical garden. There is a regular boat service to the island from Porto Ronco, Brissago & Ascona.

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht und eignet sich für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Sowohl das Studio, wie auch die Villa bieten alles was man braucht. Marinella ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir Danken ihr von Herzen für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Absolute Traum-Aussicht! Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung. Ideal für 2 Personen.

Wunderbar! Man könnte die ganze Zeit auf dem Balkon verweilen und sich trotzdem an der Aussicht nicht satt sehen.

Die Ferienwohnung trifft genau auf die Beschreibung zu, hat aber trotzdem unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem tollen Appartement.

Eine hübsche, modern eingerichtete Ferienappartement, die sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit allem gut ausgestattet ist. Der Ausblick von der Küche und dem Balkon auf den Lago Maggiore ist einfach umwerfend. Die Beschreibung und gezeigten Fotos stimmen absolut. Wir konnten sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt von der Wohnung aus z.B. zur Corona dei Pinci auf 1294 M.ü.M. machen. Aber auch alle anderen Ausflugsziele und Attraktionen in der Umgebung (z.B. Lavertezzo) sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem tollen Appartement.

Tolles Appartement in einer idealen Lage!

Das Appartement entspricht genau der Präsentation. Es befindet sich in einer idealen Lage und ist optimal für zwei Personen. Das Studio ist mit allem gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ronco und Ascona sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (Arcegno). Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vom Haus weg. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne, das Studio ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Kleines, aber sehr gut gepflegtes Studio mit schöner Terrasse und atemberaubendem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Absolut ruhige Lage, aber dennoch ist Ascona mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter wohnen ganz in der Nähe und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen absolut empfehlenswertes Domizil.
