With a dedicated backyard office and a flexible layout, this is the ultimate home base for groups, families, or digital nomads who want to walk to the action and retreat to total privacy.

Step inside a bright, renovated classic that balances character with high-end amenities.
• The Kitchen & Living: A fully equipped chef’s kitchen flows into inviting living spaces designed for gathering.
• The "Flex" Guest Suite: The second living area features a door for privacy and can be configured with up to three twin beds—perfect for kids or friends.
• Custom Sleeping: Our main bedrooms feature high-end single beds that can be pushed together into Kings. Plus, we’ve included a "deluxe luxury" sleeper sofa that provides a surprisingly premium night's sleep.
The Detached Studio Office
Need to get work done? The separate, climate-controlled studio in the backyard offers two desks and total quiet. It’s an ideal "zoom room" or a secure place to store your belongings for longer stays.
The Backyard Oasis
In a neighborhood where outdoor space is hard to find, this yard is a standout.
• The Canopy: Spend your afternoons under a gorgeous, mature oak canopy that keeps the Texas heat at bay.
