The home is professionally cleaned and well maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well loved home rather than a hotel style property. If anything needs attention, we will address it promptly.

• Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval.

📋 POLICIES
• Early Check In: We’ll do our best to accommodate!
• Luggage Drop: Allowed with prior host approval.
• Late Check Out: Must be requested by the day before. Unapproved late check outs may incur a $50/hour fee.
• Package Delivery: We cannot guarantee safe receipt of packages.
• Third Party Bookings: We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
• Cancellation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check in.
