Villa S'Erisal is located in Alaró, in the heart of the popular Balearic island of Mallorca. The building lies in a picturesque location surrounded by fields and has a natural stone façade. The 2-storey holiday home with 270 m² of living space has a cosy furnished living room, a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with a dining area, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a sun terrace with a lounge area, a dining table and a shady awning. Wind down a relaxing holiday with a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains and the property is flooded in a golden light. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the 40 m² pool (closed from November to March), lined with sun recliners. Be enchanted by the natural location of the villa, enjoy the view into the garden and forget the stress of everyday life. A supermarket is 950 m or a 2-minute drive away from the accommodation and a small selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 550 m away. Due to its ideal location, the villa is an ideal starting point for hikes, an excursion to Palma de Mallorca (20 km) and trips to the northern and western coasts, where beautiful bays and beaches can be reached after a 30-minute drive.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

The property is oriented to families or quiet groups. Not suitable for the youth group.

By official decree of the local Council, it is compulsory to separate the garbage for recycling, and also to dispose of it in the appropriate containers.

An amount will be deducted from the deposit if garbage is not removed.
