You will be provided with a unique code to access your vacation home. This code will be valid during the entirety of your stay. Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Early check-in may be requested 24 hours in advance for an additional fee.

Our home is self check-in and also self check-out. We like to give our guests as much privacy as possible. Our property team is standing by 24/7 if you need any assistance. We prefer that you communicate with us through the booking channel, but also provide an emergency phone number if needed.

✘ Our neighbors are nice people, we ask our guests to NOT have parties or events unless approved by management
✘ Smoke is strictly prohibited and not allowed in or around the house
✘ Running or jumping in the pool area is NOT allowed. All children staying in the home must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at ALL times.
-The age requirement to book is 24 years old and above.

-The neighborhood’s quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

-We do not allow parties or large gatherings in the home.

-No smoking allowed inside or near access points to the home.

-No illegal substances are allowed.

-No candles or other open flames are allowed in the home.

-If the number of guests who stay in the home exceed the amount on the reservation, you will be charged an additional guest fee.

-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.

-Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.

-Due to city ordinances we ask guests to complete standard rental agreement covering house rules.

-We are a 100% wireless check-in home so we have partnered with the industry leading remote check-in provider `know your guest`. We require guests to complete remote check-in prior to being given access to the home.

-This home does not require a damage deposit, however it does require a non-refundable damage waiver of $99 that covers guests up to $1500 of accidental damage during there stay. Guests will be charged after booking prior to arrival.
