Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all outdoor living spaces, including the heated saltwater pool, hot tub, private backyard, dock, and complimentary kayaks. Enjoy keyless self check-in, free driveway parking, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Please note that the garage and boat lift are reserved for owner use and are not available to guests. Guest boats, trailers, jet skis, and other personal watercraft are not permitted on the property.

Before your arrival, we partner with Truvi to help verify guests and provide damage protection. After booking, you’ll complete a quick guest verification and pay a one-time $10 damage protection fee, which provides coverage for up to $500 in accidental damage. This step is required before your check-in instructions and personalized door access code are released.

To ensure a great experience for everyone, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Parties, events, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. The pool, hot tub, dock, and kayaks are provided for your enjoyment and are used at your own risk.
