Very nicely renovated cottage, clean and cozy. Right on the canal with access to the lake, with plenty of deck space and fire pit for enjoying nature. Convenient to Algonac and chesterfield/new Baltimore areas. Would stay again!

We stayed over the July 4th weekend and had a great time ! Jody, the host was very friendly accommodating and responded to messages pretty quickly . The house was nice and very clean .We had our tritoon boat and had a spot to tie off in back which worked perfectly . The water was deep enough for us and the location was close to all the things we planned to to. Great place !

Hosts were excellent to work with, answered all questions quickly. Cabin was very well redone, very relaxing and fit the river/lake vibe. Small size but didn't feel small, roomy kitchen area, comfy seating area. Nice deck to gather on, got to use my first Blackstone grill for dinner-perfect! Our only wish was a more open lake view, but that got us to go out and explore the area. Definitely recommend, great hosts, great price for a great little place!!

Everything about this rental is wonderful!! It is the quintessential lake cottage. It is extremely clean (the host even offered to swap our bath linens midweek with freshly clean and sanitized ones!), the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the location is amazing and the fishing off the back seawall is great! The hosts go above and beyond with communication, ease of checkin/checkout, and are available to answer any questions or assist in any way during the stay. There is plenty of room on the dock for our boat and the launch was only minutes away from the cottage. We will definitely be back...thank you so much Jody and Tim!!

This home is 10 out of 10, our family will definitely come stay again. The small coastal feel from the decor in the home, neighborhood and even the town makes even a quick out of town trip very relaxing. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We had the privilege of meeting our host and they are spectacular if there is anything needed they were willing to assist. Definitely check out the Clay Diner for breakfast and Fins for a fantastic seafood dinner. Who knew some ole buckeyes would actually love anything from that state up north.
