Located in the northern part of the popular resort town Conil de la Frontera, "Villa CA1" offers an ideal setting close to both the town center and beautiful beaches. The 100 m² home features a cozy living/dining area with an oven and a well-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and TV. Outside, a high wall provides privacy for the furnished terrace, garden, and pool area. Relax on a sun lounger on the lawn, prepare a meal on the barbecue, or cool off in the fenced pool. Thanks to its location, the center and beach are within easy reach. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 1.3 km away, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 2 km away—a 30-minute walk through Parque de la Atalaya.
