We enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious for our family. We had lots of room to be comfortable while enjoying time with family. The host was amazing and thought of so many details that made our stay amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with us during our travels.

The layout of the home is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space to spread out. We had a wonderful time. We were 2 families that came together to let our kids get some quality time in. We fished and swam, it was a free recreation spot that was right down the road from where we were. So very convenient. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about how special this place is. So many extra touches and very clean. Already told our friends and family how beautiful the house and property are. The scenery, wildlife and peacefulness of this location is stunning. The host certainly outdid themselves in every single touch with all the comforts of home. Exceeded our expectations. Bravo! Great memories made here! Thank you.

Everything was so great for our stay, we enjoyed it so much!! Very clean, and homey! My family loved it. Our dogs loved it also, with the fenced back yard. Out front was a great spot to relax on the front porch all day long. As well as the gravel area where we were able to set up cornhole and have plenty of room to play! … My 16 month old loved it too, and was able to run around without feeling unsafe! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

This was a beautiful place. If you have a large group the accommodations work perfectly. There is a lot of room for a large family. Our group of 8 were very comfortable and could comfortably sit and visit all together. Lia responded quickly to any questions I had when I contacted her. Hope to revisit the area again.

We booked the River House for a family get together / World Champion Jet Boat Race.We had 3 adults & 2 teenagers and 2 small dogs. Our 2 nieces rented the conected 1 bedroom apartment. Parking: we had 3 full sized pickups and 2 cars & had room for more when they arrived.When on the front porch you see the Salmon River( River of no return) it is so beautiful. Also there was a birds nest up by the front door with 4 baby birds. We would sit at the other side of the porch & got to watch the momma feed her babies. We would watch them for a little bit then go sit out in the back yard so not to bother her to much.The house was very clean and very spacious. The master bedroom has a deck to go sit on with a beautiful view. And has a huge bathroom with a sauna/ shower. Thers a really big tv in the living room that has internet TV & thers lots of movies to watch ( we didn't spend much time in there we were outside watching nature). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Thers another really big bathroom with a deep tub/shower off the kitchen. The family room is pretty amazing. Thers a bose stereo and any kind of music cds for your listening pleasure. Thers also a phooseball table that converts to mini pool table to play on ( the teenagers liked that). There was also a big dog kennel for the little fur babies. You go out to the back yard & thers a big BBQ grill and propane firepit & table & chairs. The landscaping is so beautiful! We most definitely will rent again!!

Home was lovely! Host was very accommodating & fast responding to all my questions. My only complaint is the shower water pressure is lower than we are use to but I think that probably has to do with being in a rural area. Very comfortable home. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great. The house was very roomy. We had 6 guests and a dog and never felt like we were on top of each other. But we were still able to sit together for dinner and to play games. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group. The host was easy to communicate with. Great view of the river. Very convenient for our jet boat tour on the Snake River.
