As soon as we were notified that the doorknob was not functioning properly, we immediately traveled to the property to assist you and provide access. Because the home is located some distance away and traffic was heavy at that time, it took approximately 30-40 minutes for us to arrive, which was near nightfall. We had inspected the home before your arrival to ensure it was ready and did not encounter any issues with the lock at that time. Although the malfunction was unforeseen, we made every effort to resolve the situation promptly by bringing a spare key. The door code and property address had been sent through the VRBO platform 24 hours prior to your arrival; however, when you called, we provided the code again immediately. The driveway has previously accommodated multiple trailers without issue, and we were not informed during your stay that trailer access or parking presented a concern. Had we been notified, we would have made every reasonable effort to assist.
