My 4 night stay: I would definitely stay again.Late check-in not a problem: My stay started off in a series of mishaps causing a delay that the host made a non-issue. Got in around 11:30pm Friday night. Is pretty easy to find if you take Rogers Exit 83 at the hospital - just drive straight through town and follow the road to their driveway. If you reach the water, you've gone too far by about 1000ft.This IS a real cabin, but was as clean as any modern building (and cleaner than some). All the appliances are modern and the gas based tank-less water heater really works and I could get in the shower within seconds of turning the water on. Everything was clean. (Host even apologized for the leaves on the deck!?!? It's FALL - that's why we are here!)Plenty of room and furniture is solid. Plenty of outlets for chargers on nightstands, desk and couch area. Location is generally quiet, but it is on a lake and you will hear boats and RV's occasionally. Plenty of parking, room for a boat/trailer, outdoor grilling and fire-pit setup. 30 minutes or less from almost everything there is to do and see in NW Arkansas.

The cabin was delightful. Very comfortable with the exception of bed pillows were uncomfortable which I conveyed to the host. He proceeded to order new pillows which will be there for the next guest. We had a bit of an issue without toiletry products such as bath soap and shampoo, as well as no bath mat. We would recommend this cabin for small families and those wanting to be close to the lake. Nice firepit area as well as grill. Great TV and internet, too. Host was very pleasant to work with and responded to requests.

Perfect for our family, right across from the lake.

The cabin was perfect for our little family. Close to the lake. Quiet and stocked with everything we needed. Having the washer/dryer was so handy! Loved being able to see the lake from the cabin. Check-in and check-out were super easy and owner was nice and responsive.

A cabin in the country

We were in town for a concert at the Arkansas Music Pavillion. The cabin was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Really all the comforts of home. Overall a great stay. Also the owner was nearby in case we needed anything.

Beautiful location

Overall everything was great, property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. It is a lovely location, I could see the lake from the couch of the cabin. Made for a nice view while sipping my morning tea.

A home away from home

Absolutely loved this property!!!! Being up close with nature and wildlife; I couldn’t ask for a better getaway. The cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed. Not to mention, driving through town was breeze. Everything that we were wanting to go to was less than 15 minutes away. Last but not least, our host was amazing! He helped us with directions and provided us with all the information that we would need for the property.

Accessible Beaver Lake Getaway

If you want to get away to the lake for couple of days but don’t want a long drive, or want access to local dining and amenities in addition to lake access, this is your place! Only 30 min from Fayetteville and Bella Vista, this central located cabin is literally across the street from lake access ( with or without a boat), has great views of the lake from the patio, is super clean and accommodating. It was perfect for us to easily get away and recharge!

Enjoyed our stay

The only reason why I'm not giving a five star all the way across the board is because there's a couple of things that surprised us. Number one it said a bedroom but it's not really a bedroom. It's an open floor layout. There's no privacy. And the second thing was it's not on the lake. It's like a Second tear in from the pictures. The only thing I could tell you was I thought I'd be closer to the lake. A little disappointing, but not enough to complain. But like I said, we thoroughly enjoyed it it was wonderful time and we would go back!

A Relaxing Weekend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cabin, and it was one of the most relaxing weekends I've had in a while. It's nestled in a beautiful, serene area but is still close to all the activities that the area has to offer. The cabin itself was well-maintained, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated, and has a spacious deck to hang out on and watch the sunrise. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was easy, and they were nearby if I needed anything. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend this location.

Pretty location, away from town but close enough for points of interest. 2nd stay here. I appreciate the clean space and there's everything you need for a stay. Comfy bed, hot shower, up to date furnishing but not cluttered and huge tv. The wraparound deck is amazing !

Cute little spot tucked away in the trees. With views of the lake in walking distance. We fished the lake. The host was great and very helpful!

Our family first began vacationing on Beaver Lake around 1961. We would come all the way from Kansas to camp out at one of the many State campgrounds on Beaver Lake. We made it a yearly event with all of our extended family going camping, boating, skiing and fishing as a family vacation. We decided to purchase our first property on Beaver Lake in the Monte Ne cove area around 1968. Ever since, our family has owned multiple properties, boats, and the family cabin you are looking at here. We hope you enjoy our cabin and the lake as much as we do!

Our family chose this location on Beaver Lake because it is in the quiet and convenient Monte Ne cove. The cabin is just up the road from the Boat Ramp and a short drive from anything you could possibly need in town. Beaver Lake is the top lake of the Ozarks and therefore is the warm lake sooner and most consistently throughout the swimming and boating season. We are only 5 miles via highway 94 to Rogers, AR with restaurants, shopping, and a major regional airport.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

2 RV hookups with filtered water, electricity, and an RV dump that can be rented along with your own private cabin. The hot water system in the cabin is a large tankless system that will not run out of water so that your entire family can shower without running out of hot water! There is also plenty of space for parking your boats, cars and other toys here! Our property is directly on Beaver Lake with quick access for family swimming, fishing and boating. The cabin has just finished a complete remodel and everything at the cabin is new.
