Welcome to your peaceful Pocono escape in the Emerald Lakes community. This inviting 3-bedroom home is designed for slowing down, spreading out, and enjoying everything The Poconos has to offer. Whether you’re here for quiet mornings, outdoor adventure, or cozy evenings with family and friends.

One of the highlights of the home is the wraparound porch with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for sipping coffee in the crisp mountain air or unwinding at night as the temperatures cool and the forest settles in around you. It’s an ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and truly feel like you’re away from it all.

Inside, the main living room features soaring ceilings and an open, airy feel that makes the space bright and comfortable. Just above, an additional loft-style living area with a futon creates a perfect nook for reading, relaxing, or giving kids and teens their own space to hang out.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature private walk-out porches—an especially special touch that lets you step outside, breathe in the fresh Pocono air, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings first thing in the morning or before turning in for the night.

The home offers a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals, comfortable sleeping arrangements for groups or families, and optional access to Emerald Lakes’ seasonal amenities. Whether you’re exploring nearby hiking trails, enjoying the lakes and pools, or simply staying in and soaking up the atmosphere, this home offers a warm, comfortable base for your Pocono getaway.

• 2 day pass for $25.00/per person
• 3 day pass for $30.00/per person

• 7 day pass for $50.00/per person

Rental Forms are required and will be sent to you as soon as you book.

Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home!

• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds at any time.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside the home and outdoors.
• Please ensure pets are not left unattended for extended periods and are not disruptive to neighbors.
• Any excessive pet hair, stains, odors, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

HOUSE RULES:

NO FIREWORKS! A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present or observed.

•You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID may be required to confirm the reservation.

•In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays unless otherwise agreed upon. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

Travel Insurance Recommended

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling to the Pocono Mountains. Weather conditions, including snow and winter storms, can be unpredictable and may impact travel plans.
