This large three story home is for family rentals only. Located 3 houses from the beach, you're just steps away from the ocean! The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings and meals. Our home is walking distance from ice cream parlors, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores. Monterey Beach provides lifeguards at our bay beach with an expansive playground. Enjoy ocean and bay views from the third floor bonus room. We are close to Island State Park and both Seaside and Point Pleasant boardwalks with waterparks and an aquarium! Local shops offer surf lessons and kayak rentals. Please note - 1) this is a non-smoking property 2) no pets are allowed 3) Monterey Beach charges apx $130 per week for 8 beach badges for all rental properties 4) bed sheets will be provided 5) Weekly rentals only with check in at 4:00pm Saturday and a 10am checkout the following Saturday 6) Owner of the property will greet you upon arrival with a gift and is available for any questions you may have.
