Easy self-check-in via keypad entry. Your personalized code will be sent before arrival.

Additional Details

Pets: We’re pet friendly! There’s a $30/night per pet fee (plus tax). Please include pets in your booking or let us know if you need help adding them later. Fees must be paid in full before check-in.

Events: We welcome weddings, retreats, and other events — contact us directly for special event pricing.

Stairs: This property includes stairs to access the lower level and a short set (5 steps) to the front door.

Mountain Roads: Expect typical Smoky Mountain roads — narrow, winding, and sometimes steep. Drive slowly and enjoy the views!

Wildlife: You may spot bears, raccoons, or other mountain wildlife. Please secure trash, clean grills promptly, and never leave food outside.

Security Cameras: For guest safety, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and pool house (audio/video recording, no interior cameras).

Pest Control: The cabin is serviced monthly, though occasional mountain bugs may appear. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize this.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind — it covers unexpected cancellations, medical issues, and more.
