Schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft mit viel Charme. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet – eher klassisch mit älteren Möbeln, was aber gerade ihren besonderen Charakter ausgemacht hat. Das Bad war modern und gepflegt. Zwar lag es auf dem Flur, das hat uns im Alltag aber nicht wirklich gestört.Besonders schön waren die Terrasse und der tolle Ausblick. Man hört gelegentlich die Züge, uns persönlich hat das aber nicht gestört. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und angenehm.Außerdem war alles fußläufig und sehr nah zum Zentrum sowie zu den Lokalen und Restaurants am Rhein gelegen, was wirklich praktisch war.Wir durften auch freundlicherweise unsere E-Bikes im Hof abstellen.Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen.

Familienausflug

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen zu Gast. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist herrlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Wohnung befindet sich noch in der Bauphase und sie ist sehr hellhörig. Die Dielen knarksen bei jedem Schritt, was wir als sehr störend empfunden haben. Das Bad ist über den Flur zu erreichen, deshalb sollte man sich einen Bademantel mitnehmen. Wer gern mal die Nachrichten im Fernsehen schauen möchte, muss Geduld haben. Fernseher läuft über's Internet, lädt Recht lange. Die Geräusche der Güterzüge sind bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum zu hören. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung okay.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, die Lage der Wohnung und die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr super, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Wir hätten uns allerding gewünscht, dass das Badezimmer und die Toilette getrennt voneinander gewesen wären. Aber in älteren Häusern eben leider nicht machbar und auch nicht ausschlaggebend.

Die Wohnung ist Mega - sauber und alles da was man braucht und der Blick auf die Drachenburg vom gemütlichen Balkon ist atemberaubend. Herr Arnaldi und die ganzen Familie (incl. die Hühner 😊) sind mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit Wohnung liegt genial zentral und alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar Königswinter ist soooo wunderschön und definitiv noch einmal eine Reise wert Lg aus Waghäusel Heike Vogel und ihre kleine Reisegruppe 😃

Ich würd es wieder tun!

Super Kommunikation, reibungslos und freundlich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Mehr Ausstattung vorgefunden als erwartet. Nur der Whirlpool, da hab ich vergessen zu fragen wo der ist. Hier und da gibt es noch eine Malerarbeit zu machen, aber absolut nichts was (uns) beeinträchtigte. Die Bahn ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben abends wie Steine geschlafen :-) weshalb die Bahnlinie uns zumindest nicht störte! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
