Place was awesome. Nice view from balcony. Mineral hot springs were so nice after a long day at lake Tahoa. This location is about 35 minutes from lake Tahoa but was well worth the drive.

We stayed at David Walley’s Resort during the Genoa Candy Dance and had a wonderful experience. The resort was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, with spacious accommodations and incredible mountain views. It was the perfect place to enjoy the festivities while still having a quiet retreat away from the crowds.The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore Genoa, Carson Valley, and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this property before and we love it. We got a noisy neighbor and management moved us to a quiet room. We so appreciated this.

Super clean room ,host Brittney keep in touch to make sure we were happy . Super friendly atmosphere and staffing. Same goes for staff at spa. Views and waterfowl amazing! Can't wait till next time.

We had a great time at this resort. The hotel room was just what we needed for our stay. It was quiet, views were outstanding, staff was very personable and attentive if we needed anything, We tried out the restaurant snd the food, setting, and service were top notch. We loved the family like setting snd will definitely return another time.,

The place smells musty, and there should be some umbrellas out by the pool, cause there is no shade and not enough chairs by the therapeutic pools

This time-share room was not represented in a fair manner. While the resort area itself was decent enough, “tired” is the only way to describe the property. This room was an undisclosed ADA compliant room with a tiny shower that had a shower head that hit mid-eyes and had absolutely zero counter space and horrible orange overhead lighting that just made everything appear dingy. The view off the third floor balcony is the back of the registration pavilion in the Bodie complex and faces the main road complete with highway traffic day and night. The room was incredibly dark with stained, dirty carpets - nothing like the photos shown in the listing. Staff, while pleasant enough, gave conflicting info about how to use the facilities - and if you had a question, you had to go to the desk. There is no phone in the room. Going to the desk meant taking the elevator that even a staff member suggested she doesn’t ride without her phone in hand in case it breaks down. Again. Sadly this “resort” is in dire need of a major overhaul. Look elsewhere.
