For the same reason, the property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation.



Just outside the centre of Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Casa Villanueva 4 is part of residential complex composed of 4 other homes in the quiet area of Barrio Nuevo and offers guests a terrific outdoor area. The charming holiday home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all rooms, warm/cold - no heating!), a television and 4 hammocks for relaxing under the afternoon sun. Upon request, the homeowner can also provide you with a baby cot and a parasol for the beach. The chalet features a private pool and an outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself on warm afternoons. In your private outdoor area, enjoy delicious, freshly barbecued meals on your shady, covered patio, play with the family in the spacious, well-kept garden with palm trees or read a book in a hammock. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away and the charming centre of Conil de la Frontera awaits you a 10-minute drive or 7 km from the property. You can also quickly reach the seaside with a fantastic selection of sandy beaches - among them are Playa Fuente del Gallo (8 km, 12-minute drive) Calas del Quinto y Camacho (9 km, 14-minute drive) and Cala de Roche (7 km, 13-minute drive).



This home shares a parking lot with 4 other homes, which offers 2 parking spaces per home. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.



Visitors and external guests are not allowed, only registered guests can access the property.
