Apartment Am Stadtpark - Charming, close to the lake, centrally located in a historic building

Charming in a historic building, central and only 100m to the lake A charming apartment with flair on the 2nd Upper floor with 55 square meters in a historic building. The living room is very comfortably designed with a sofa bed, TV and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of dishes.

The centrally located house is located on the edge of the city garden, directly on the old city wall and thus at the entrance to the old town. The well-preserved parquet floor is also very beautiful. Separate bathroom with shower. TV, stereo and WiFi are available free of charge.

The nostalgic interior provides the framework for a relaxing holiday. The property is equipped for 2-3 adults or a family with 2 children. For the 3rd and 4th Person has a sofa bed in the living room. Dogs are allowed on request.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. With the existing key safe, late arrival is also possible without any problems. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the municipality.

The tourist tax and any additional services are not included in the apartment price and must be transferred to the specified account in accordance with our booking confirmation. Payment on site is not possible!
The keys are handed over using the Safe key. The code will be communicated to you 3-4 days before arrival. The prerequisite is that we complete the Have received payment according to our booking confirmation!
Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Top Lage. Das einzige was man beachten muss, ist die steile Treppe zur Wohnung und das es keine Parkmöglichkeit gibt. Der zentrale Parkplatz war aber nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, es entstehen zusätzliche Kosten. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auch mit Hund.

Leider hatten wir trotzdem schlechtes Wetter, aber bei so einer gemütlichen Wohnung macht auch das Lesen und das gemeinsame Spielen einfach Spaß. Perfekt geeignet ist die Wohnung übrigens für Hundebesitzer, da man blitzschnell im angrenzenden Park ist. Diese Wohnung ist einfach genial :)

Wir waren vor Kurzem für 12 Tage dort und können nur positiv darüber reden. Alles vorhanden, was für den Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Was leider nicht mehr möglich ist, ist die Räder im Innenhof abzustellen. Das ist schade, aber auch da gibt es noch andere Möglichkeiten. Das einzig negative ist, die Belüftung der Wohnung. Denn es gibt "nur" Einfach-Fenster von ganz früher. Welche aber auf Grund der baulichen Gegebenheiten wahrscheinlich nicht anders möglich sind. Wenn wir uns in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben, vor allem bei schönem Wetter, hatten wir den Ventilator dauerhaft laufen. Dann ging es. wir hatten aber auch wirklich *heisses* Wetter.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit, dafür war die Lage ideal. Nach ein paar Schritten ist man im Stadtpark.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten sind komfortabel und es gibt ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wünschenswert wäre zusätzlich zur Couch ein Sessel, sodass man nicht nur nebeneinander sirzen muss, zumal der TV links steht. Vermisst haben wir ein kleines TK-Fach oder einen TK-Schrank. Platz unter dem Kühlschrank wäre vorhanden.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, insgesamt bietet die Wohnung eine sehr heimelige Atmosphäre, mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Küche. Das Bett ist wunderbar, die Matratzen ein guter Mix aus "genug weich, aber nicht zu weich", wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Das Wohnzimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das kleine Bad hat erstaunlich viel Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Kontakt zur FeevomSee war professionell und informativ. Können wir sehr empfehlen. Die Lage am Eingangstor zur Altstadt ist zwar unruhig, aber dafür ist man schnell am Anleger und Seeufer.

Das gesamte Entree von außen und innen lässt einen erstmal etwas zusammenzucken. Aber nicht irritieren lassen. Der Schlüsselsafe funktioniert kinderleicht und beim Betreten der Wohnung kommt man in eine andere Welt. Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die original Innentüren der Altbauwohnung sind noch vorhanden und einzigartig, ebenso die Fenster. Das Möbelprogramm harmoniert sehr gut mit dem Charakter des Altbaus. Die zentrale Lage ist von Vorteil, es gibt nur kurze Wege, um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Parken in einer Altstadt ist grundsätzlich teuer, erst recht auf einer kleinen Insel. Nicht anders ist es in Lindau. Günstigere Alternativen gibt es auf dem Festland. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt

September 2020: ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Schatzkästlein von Wohnung. Die Lage ist optimal, kein Dauerstraßenlärm zu hören. Die Beschreibung passt zu 100 Prozent. Die Fotos entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Betreuung durch die "Fee vom See" war prompt und zielführend. Alles in allem so gelungen, dass ich die Wohnung wieder buchen würde.
