CasaFofa is an elegant apartment to enjoy in every season.
In the heart of the village, it has just been renovated with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
CasaFofa is right in the center, with all services within walking distance: pharmacy, bank, post office, tobacco shop, supermarkets, shops; bars and restaurants are within walking distance and quickly; it only takes a few minutes by car to get to the Scala dei Turchi, the beaches, the Torre Salsa Reserve or Agrigento with its events.

The space
Located in a large and sunny courtyard, CasaFofa is in a position that makes it easy to get around the village on foot or by bicycle, leaving cars and bicycles safely parked in front of the entrance.
The apartment has been designed and built in compliance with the rules for the removal of architectural barriers.
Designed to accommodate young families, it consists of two air-conditioned rooms, plus services.
The large and modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals freely and independently. There is a comfortable table that can be extended to seat up to six people.
The sofa can be opened into a French double bed, with a mattress 18 cm high. The TV and free Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and connection; the possibility of working is also favored by the presence of a practical workspace.
The bedroom is spacious, bright and airy; it overlooks a private loggia. The double bed can be converted into two single beds, upon request; a cot is also available if needed. The wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables offer practical and organized space.
The barrier-free bathroom consists of a toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower with a floor-level shower tray; the large window ensures brightness and natural air exchange.
The apartment is completed by a laundry room with a sink, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Our attention to children is reflected in the availability (on request) of: a crib with a sheet, a blanket and an anti-decubitus pillow; a changing table, a high chair, electrical socket covers, table edge covers, plates and cutlery, toilet reduction, and hardcover books.

Guest access
The entrance is exclusive; the apartment is entirely dedicated to guests, there are no unusable spaces.
Located on the ground floor, it has no steps; in addition, the ramp at the entrance facilitates access for people with wheelchairs, strollers, and baby carriages.

Other things to note
Bed linens and towels, for each of the guests, are already included in the price of the stay. Additional supplies are possible, with a supplement.
If requested, a high chair and dishes, toilet reduction, changing table, and crib complete with mosquito net, mattress, sheet, blanket and anti-decubitus pillow are provided; all at an extra cost of 20 euros for the entire stay.
The house is part of the family, it is part of our history. This is where the grandmother of the grandmother was born, we brought this apartment into the 21st century and the current years. Our gratitude was cemented using the floor tiles to cover the splash guard area on the hob. Grandma Fofa would smile at it.
