The home is divided into two connected units and this listing includes both the main house and the studio guest suite. The spaces are linked on the main level by a door with a sound barrier (please note it is not fully soundproof), offering the convenience of two separate living areas under one roof—ideal for larger groups, families who want a bit of separation, or longer stays.
