In addition, free Wi-Fi and <br>a private underground parking space are available to you. <br><br>Information about the property <br>The Residenz Hohe Worth is located on Cuxhavener Straße, about 100 meters from the sandy beach at <br>and about 450 meters from the bustling town center of Duhnen. <br>Shopping options are within walking distance in the town center of Duhnen, and there is a <br>bus stop right next to the residence. In front of the house, you have the <br>option to park your bicycles in a bike carport. Additionally, <br>you can use washing machines and dryers (for a fee). <br><br>Booking Information (as of 01.09.2026, this property is classified as a “Comfort+” accommodation)<br>All utility costs as well as final cleaning are included in <br>all our offers. The location was great and the apartment itself was wonderful! We enjoyed our visit to Cuxhaven. Communication with Maxim was excellent and much appreciated. We were surprised that we had to pay extra to have linens for the beds and towels for the washroom. Also there was no salt, pepper or other standard items that we have normally found in other vrbo properties. This was important for us as we came to Germany by airplane, and took the train to Cuxhaven. We could not bring additional items with us. We did appreciate the little jar of honey that was there, and the two special tea bags. It was a little awkward for us to have to get off the bus with our luggage to pick up the key from the office, and then either wait for the next bus to get to the apartment or walk the additional 1.3 km to get there (after a 9 hour train ride). We were very tired. There was the same issue when we left. If we had come by car we could easily have brought our own linens, towels etc and could have easily stopped at the office for the key. I know they had free parking.

Wie haben zu dritt schöne Tage in der kleinen, zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Besonders das Bad ist richtig schön und modern.Nur die Parksituation ist für größere Autos schwierig wir mussten uns zwischen einen großen Tesla und der Wand quetschen. Zu pummelich darf man nicht sein sonst kommt man nicht aus dem Auto

Die Wohnung ist klein,aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Es ist Alles da was man braucht, aber nicht mehr. Wir waren zu dritt 3 Tage dort und den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Dafür war es vollkommen ausreichend. Der Parkplatz ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Sehr eng und mit einem größeren Auto kaum nutzbar

Eine hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung. Strandnah und die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Ich habe ein paar Tage Ferien mit meinem Enkel gemacht. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Cuxland Team ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe den Koffer ins Büro schicken lassen und bei unserer Ankunft stand er in der FeWo. Bei der Abreise ebenso problemlos. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an das Team für diesen Service !

Der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz ist selbst für einen Mazda 2 sehr eng. Ich empfehle rückwärts einzuparken. Uns haben Informationen zum Thema Mülltrennung und Müllentsoegung gefehlt. Auf Rückfrage im Haus wurden wir auf die verschiedenen Müllcontainer aufmerksam gemacht. In der Wohnung stehen keine unterschiedlichen Eimer zur Verfügung. Schade! Der frische Duft, der uns bei jedem Betreten der Wohnung entgegen kam, was echt klasse. Wie haben Sie das hinbekommen?

Die Wohnung liegt strandnah und hat sogar ein wenig Meerblick. Sie verfügt über alles was man im Alltag so braucht, nur ein Backofen wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Im großen und ganzen bekommt man für wenig Geld eine Schöne und kompakte Wohnung
