2-room apartment for up to 4 people, approximately 45 m². Bedroom with a double bed; living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, terrace or balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available in some units.

You’ll stay in a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people on the 3rd floor, measuring approx. 44 m² with a partial ocean view.

The entryway features a large full-length mirror and ample space for shoes and a coat rack.

The living/sleeping area is furnished with high-quality furniture. The very comfortable corner couch can be quickly and easily converted into a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. The separate dining area, LCD TV, and DVD player are also part of this bright apartment. The fully equipped kitchen area (with a 2-burner induction cooktop (no oven), dishwasher, microwave with grill and bake functions, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes and silverware), as well as a large corner balcony, round out the amenities.

The bunk bed measures 140 cm x 200 cm on the bottom and 90 cm x 200 cm on the top. There are two spacious wardrobes, one of which has a built-in safe.

The bathroom features a shower and toilet.

The balcony features modern seating, including an additional bench, as well as several mounts for the provided umbrella.

The apartment is fully equipped with electric roller shades for blackout and modern pleated shades for privacy.
