A beautiful, spacious (90 m²) apartment nestled in nature and perfect for rest and relaxation. The apartment is located in Silbach, just 5 km from Winterberg. Winterberg offers great recreational activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing in the winter. The Bike Arena Sauerland spans 1,700 km and offers a suitable route for every cyclist. Hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. With 460 marked hiking trails, Winterberg is a popular hiking destination. The apartment features a large living room with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen-dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A wood-burning stove adds a cozy atmosphere to the rooms during the cold season. The apartment also has a separate entrance. A 20% deposit is due after booking. Please transfer the deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. The visitor’s tax of 2.20 EUR per person per day is collected on site. The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site. Pets are not allowed.
