Happy Cape 25 - American Style Villa

This American-style villa will delight you.
All rooms are modern and brightly furnished. With 3 bedrooms (king size, queen size and twin size) and 2 bathrooms, you will find enough space for up to 6 people.
An additional sofa bed could be used for additional visits or for our younger guests.
The master bedroom has direct access to the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. At the kitchen bar you can also have a quick breakfast, or you can join the chef or the cook.
In the comfortably furnished living room, the comfortable seating furniture invites you to a joint TV evening with the family. Of course, you do not have to live without German television.
Through a large sliding glass door, you can go directly to the covered terrace area, where you can sit comfortably with a glass of wine. The juicy steak from the gas grill will taste particularly good here.
Refresh yourself in the pool and take a seat on the sun loungers provided to relax from everyday life. The holiday is perfect.

On site you will be looked after by our German property management. Pets are allowed in this villa by arrangement.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

The owner does not provide propane for the BBQ. The propane is provided from guest to guest, and at the guest where the propane is empty must buy a new full bottle. Otherwise it will be filled by the property management and charged $50.
