In the Hochkönig ski and hiking region, on the Ski-In/Ski-Out trail

This cozy and comfortable vacation apartment on the top floor (Apartment 'Selbhorn') of a well-maintained apartment building is located on a sunny, quiet hillside at an elevation of about 1,000 meters above sea level.
The Haus Anderl is located right next to the ski slope, with access to the lifts of the "Hochkönig" ski area. The Hintermoos ski station, featuring the Schwarzeckalmbahn and the gondola to Hochmais, is only about 300 m from the house. You can strap on your skis right next to the parking lot. At the end of your day on the slopes, you can ski right from the trail to the front door.
In the summer, you can set out on beautiful hikes right from the house.
The rooftop terrace of the “Selbhorn” apartment offers a view of the Hochkönig massif and the Steinerne Meer.
The building features a table tennis room and an elevator.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the house, you’ll find several well-maintained and cozy restaurants.
Of course, you can book ski school lessons for all ages and skill levels and rent ski equipment at any valley station. There is a ski storage room in the basement of the “Anderl” house.
In summer, you’ll discover an idyllic and enchanting hiking area with lush green meadows and clear mountain streams—where nature is still pure and unspoiled. A place to rest and relax. There are no limits to your “hiking passion” in the Pinzgau and Pongau Grass Mountains. Countless marked and well-maintained hiking trails lead from the valley up to the alpine pastures and ridges of this diverse tourism and hiking region. Add to that the bizarre, gigantic boulders of the Hochkönig Massif and the Steinernes Meer. Let yourself be captivated by these breathtaking views. A stay in nature lifts your spirits and makes it easier to relax. Combine your hike with a stop at the “mountain hut of your choice.” Various hiking maps and hut guides are available in the apartment. Enjoy the delicious regional specialties of Pinzgau cuisine:
. With its location at the foot of the Hundstein (2,117 m), the Anderl Apartment House also offers an ideal starting point for extended and challenging mountain bike tours. The Hundstein MTB Route is one of the highest and most interesting trails in the Alps.
In Maria Alm, you’ll find the “Natrun” adventure mountain with numerous attractions for the whole family, such as a forest slide park (5 slides ranging from 25 m to 55 m in length), one of Europe’s most beautiful archery courses, various forest rope courses (ranging from children’s tree trails to practice courses and easy courses, all the way to panoramic courses and adrenaline courses), a flow trail for mountain bikers, and various nature adventure trails.

Our “Selbhorn” apartment (51 m²) consists of:
1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm)
1 living room with kitchen, dining area, and sofa
1 loft in the living room with 2 beds (90 x 180 cm)
1 bathroom with shower and toilet
Rooftop terrace with a Weber gas grill

Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels to our vacation apartments. The guest is responsible for final cleaning.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
