The apartment was very nice, modern, and clean. We didn't have a car, so I can't speak to parking. Gaining access was difficult for us as it required you download an app and use it to unlock the doors (exterior and unit door). It took us about 20 minutes and several tries to figure it out. However, we finally got it to work. I would rather have had keys. Other than that, the place was lovely and accommodated our 6 adults perfectly.

Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean, very well appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk all over the city. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and it was nice to have two modern bathrooms. My sons really enjoyed the large television and comfortable couch in the living room. It was nice to have the balcony which looks on to a quiet courtyard. We would definitely stay at this lovely apartment again.

Host left us stranded on the street for over an hour!!

Horrible experience. Host never sent us info for how to get into the apartment. When we arrived host was unresponsive to both us and VRBO customer service for over an hour. We had kids and a 97 year old elderly family member standing on the street for over an hour. None of us knew if we would have a place to sleep that night. When host finally contacted us, I asked host to make it right. They only offered an 8 percent discount. I told him that was unacceptable. Host then called me a liar and refused to take responsibility for causing tremendous stress and discomfort to our journey and wasting a bunch of our time during our short stay in munich.Aside from the awful host and terrible check-in experience, the apartment was not so great. Very hot and stuffy. I would NOT recommend!

Very clean, excellent location with a 1 minute walk to the market. Less then 5 minute walk to multiple S/U/tram/bus stops. Check in and out proceed was straightforward. Host responded quickly to messages. Highly recommend!

Great location but few amenities and communication was not timely.

The apartment is in a very good location and is spacious and clean. It has very few amenities, No Air Conditioning, no washing machine, no TVs in the bedrooms. The communication with the manager was very slow and the access to the apartment is a bit technical. Extra guest fee for 4th person was surprising. Bathrooms are new but extremely small.

Great location with lots of room for our family of 5

The location of this apartment could not have been better. Very close to everything we came to see. It was much larger than we expected. It’s very modern and clean with a lot of space to spread out after a long day of sightseeing. It is keyless entry which we loved. No need to have to keep up with a key. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and location!

Super convenient to central Munich by foot and elsewhere via S-bahn/U-banh (subway) stop ~4min walk away. Easy to catch Ubers out front. Very clean, stylish, all three bedrooms were comfortable. Nespresso machine with pods was a welcome surprise.

This property is ideally situated near major attractions and transportation. It is very well appointed and super comfortable. The hosts are responsive and kind. We look forward to returning to Germany and will definitely stay at this apt again.

Great neighbor

This place was as advertised. We loved the neighborhood. Very close to the old city, near the outdoor beer garden and lots of great restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable, too.

Lovely Apartment in the Heart of Munich

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment, which is perfectly located for a trip to Munich. Every morning, we were just steps away from the Viktualienmarkt for coffee, pastries, fresh bread, fruit, cheese, and more, which we often enjoyed on the covered balcony. At night, the apartment is close to a plethora of dining options, including some of the famous beer halls but also some smaller restaurants very popular with locals. For exploring, we were centrally located and could walk everywhere, including to the city's wonderful metro (U-bahn) system. The apartment, itself, is well-appointed, although please note as is common in Europe, there is no laundry or air conditioning (there are at least four standing fans though). Nonetheless, the apartment had everything we needed, including a large, beautiful wooden dining table where we played epic card games with the kids. If I could change anything, I'd recommend doing away with the coded entry system, which didn't work well, and maybe getting some brighter lighting in the common areas. But, all said, a wonderful apartment in a terrific neighborhood -- having stayed there for our first trip to Munich, now I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Awesome spot to stay in Munich!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was great--very clean and tidy. It was SO close to the market and so many of the Munich sights we wanted to see. Perfect location to be able to walk/bike to whatever you want. We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Perfect location and comfortable

You are right in the mix of a lively neighborhood. Lots of neat little shops, food and grocery stores. The apartment is clean and quiet. The electronic door key was a little wonky at first, but once we used it a couple times it clicked on the first try and it is a nice feature for being able to have contactless checking. Host was quick to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay, like I said- great location.
