our white week

just to confirm we had a super time in this brand new flat. The location for me it is amazing as NOT close to noisy street and roads. Of course you had to get the shuttle bus in the morning to bring you to the skiing lifts...but the quite area and the amazing view it is something i'd like to repeat again soon. Also Valeria the owner has been a super friendly and kind person for anything we needed

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder

Wir waren im großen Familienurlaub für 10 Nächte in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Dabei waren meine Mutter, meine Schwester mit Mann und zwei kleinen Kindern, mein Bruder und ich. Die Größe der Wohnung und die Aufteilung waren perfekt. Die zwei Balkone, zwei Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer waren top. Die Ausstattung der Küche war auch perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check-In super unkompliziert. Frau Mossner gab uns schon vorab Anreisetipps und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Der Garten mit Schaukel und Tischtennisplatte waren super. Grundsätzlich ist auch der Ort St Ulrich am Fuße der Seiser Alm ein Top-Ziel in Südtirol gewesen. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Loved the apartment and convenient location. Host was very helpful and warm, and family living at adjacent apartments were very friendly and enjoyable to visit with. We will go back when we are in the Dolomites.

Amazing location for family holiday

Fantastic views over Ortisei and surrounding mountains. Clean, spacious and cozy apartment, with plenty of room for our party of 6. All three bedrooms a really good size. Plenty of parking (we had a mini van during our stay). Family were very welcoming; collection of keys and checkout was easy, and plenty of information provided before our visit. There were also leaflets and maps provided on the area (download the Val Gardena app for a quick guide full of useful ideas and information). The apartment is about a 10min walk from the centre of Ortisei, which is very picturesque, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, interesting shops, and a good public swimming pool with outdoor heated area. There is quite an uphill walk to get back to the apartment (a small price to pay for the great views), but this can be reduced by taking the elevators which cut out a big portion of this. Cable cars and a funicular can be taken from the town centre up to the top of the surrounding mountains, which are stunning. There are plenty of beautiful walks around the area, and lots of impressive mountains to explore by car, cable car, bike etc. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment and the area.

Große, saubere Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Umgebung

+ guter Raumzuschnitt bietet Freiräume auch mit mehreren Personen + Kinder (< 8 J) hatten viel Spaß mit den Kaninchen + traumhafter Blick auf den Langkofel + viele, attraktive Möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung in der Nähe (Schluchten, Burgen, Ötiz, natürlich Berge) + schöner Weg in Ortschaft hinunter (teilweise durch Wald), Geschäfte mit langen Öffnungszeiten auch am Feiertag und Sonntag + nette Vermieter

Schoon en mooi appartement.

Prima appartement! Het huis ligt aan een rustige weg, iets buiten het centrum van Ortisei. Prachtig uitzicht op de Dolomieten. Het centrum is te lopen, maar op de terugweg moet je wel de berg oplopen. Er gaat een skibus, maar de tijden zijn beperkt. Wij hebben steeds de auto gepakt. Prima, deels overdekte parkeerplek voor de deur van het huis. Er is een verwarmde skiberging. Mooie skigebieden in de omgeving, waar je prima een week lang elke dag een nieuwe piste af kan gaan. Het appartement is ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Er is voldoende inventaris in de keuken. Er is een wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig Het appartement is schoon en netjes verzorgd. De eigenaresse spreekt Duits en Italiaans, geen Engels. Een minpunt: de eigenaresse is wat verstrooid en had per ongeluk in ons geval andere gasten in het appartement gezet. Hoewel dit een vervelende bijkomstigheid was bij aankomst, was het probleem gelukkig in een paar uur opgelost.

Schöne Wohnung, toller Ausblick, leider kaum Ruhe

Zwei Wochen Urlaub haben wir in dieser Ferienwohnung in St. Ulrich verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, mit einem tollen Blick in die Berge und auf den Ort. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, hell und sehr sauber. Wir benötigen getrennte Schlafzimmer (dies war letzendlich auch mit ein Grund, warum wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben) und trotzdem war einer der beiden Räume verschlossenen. Stattdessen war das Etagenbett im Kinderzimmer (für einen Erwachsenen!) hergerichtet. Der permanente Lärm der fünfköpfigen Familie in der Wohnung unter uns, hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr getrübt. Sowohl das ständige Rennen, Trampeln und Springen des zweijährigen Enkels der Vermieter auf Fliesen und Laminat, als auch ewiges Gerumpel und Geknalle (bis in den späten Abend) hatten nun wirklich nichts mit der angepriesenen Ruhe und Erholung zu tun. Im Prinzip waren die Vermieter sehr nett, aber es fehlte einfach an Rücksichtnahme. Diese Ferienunterkunft ist ausschließlich für Familien mit lebhaften Kindern geeignet.
