These two holiday apartments are located in a perfect seaside holiday location, literally just a few meters from the blue Adriatic Sea in the picturesque Dalmatian coastal town of Kozino, northwest of the historic port city of Zadar.

Outside, in the lush garden area, you share the large sun terrace with the residents of the other apartment. A traditional stone barbecue invites you to enjoy long meals together under blue skies and with panoramic sea views. And if you arrive by car, you can use the secure parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The two apartments occupy the lower floor of a detached, two-story house, the upper floor of which is occupied by the owner. And since both are accessible via a small external staircase and benefit from their own separate entrances, nothing stands in the way of your privacy.

The sea and the long beach are just under 100 meters away. In the center of Kozino, about 500 meters away, you will find shops and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. Children will enjoy the large playground there. And you should definitely keep a spot on your excursion list for the historic port city of Zadar (about 8 km away).

Although the landlord on the upper floor is naturally mindful of your privacy, he is always happy to help with any questions you may have.

Kožino is small and peaceful village by the sea, near Zadar, city ful of cultural and historical heritage. Kožino is ideal place for you if you need quiet and peaceful holidays away from crowded cities. Beaches are mostly stoned and natural. There are few good restaurants and small grocery store in walking distance in Kožino. Zadar is just few kilometres away from Kožino where you can find everything you need on your vacations like entertainment, bars, restaurants, cultural and historical monuments as well as modern atractions like Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.
Near Kožino, about 5 kilometres away is beautiful small town Nin, oldest city in Croatia.

The living room opens onto your private balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts with a view over the sea.

The 60m² holiday apartment on the ground floor consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable sofa, a wide flatscreen TV and a round wooden dining table with five chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a two-zone electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for one person. The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

There are few good restaurants and small grocery store 500 metres from the apartment. Big grocery store is about 4 kilometres from the Kožino. Shopping centre is about 8 kilometres from the Kožino, as well as Old Town Zadar, about 8 kilometres away.
In Kožino is possible to rent a boat, and there is Adventure park, interesting for children .
There is also small playground for kids near the apartment.
From Kožino and Zadar it is easy to visit most beautiful National Parks in Croatia like Plitvice lakes, Krka Waterfalls and Mountain Paklenica. It can be reach in just one or two hours driving.
