The Barndominium at Hawks Creek Farm is located on a 10ac tract centrally located within a 50ac Private Horse Farm. Hawks Creek Farm is located in North Georgia Farm Country just 15 mins north of the Gainesville, Georgia city center and has a rural feel while being close to restaurants, shopping as well as parks and entertainment venues. The Barndominium was completely renovated in the Summer of 2025 with all new flooring, appliances, granite countertops, fans and tiled bathrooms.
