Rates and Services

The base rental rate is inclusive of 4 guests in two villas with an additional guest fee person up to 12 persons. For smaller groups, guests can select villas of their choice that best suit sleeping arrangements.

The estate does allow for daytime weddings and events up to 40 guests for additional fees. This is not included in the displayed rental price. For event specific pricing, please message the host for a quote.

Inclusive Staff Services: Whale Song is fully staffed with an on site Property Manger, Housekeeper, and Gardening Team. Guest linen and laundry service is provided weekly at no additional charge.

Additional Fee For Service: Culinary services can be coordinate for private breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Babysitting, transfers, car rentals, snorkeling, day tours, and fishing charters can be arranged by property staff at request. All fees for these services are paid directly to vendor.

Estate Location

The property is situated on the edge of Mount Pleasant overlooking Hope Bay, arguably one of the best and most exclusive locations on Bequia. This site has the ideal combination of relatively flat land at the top for the buildings and gardens, then below this the land slopes down providing excellent separation and privacy.

There is no road down to Hope Bay, only a track, ensuring that it retains its extraordinary wild and remote feel. The beach itself is about a quarter of a mile long with a backdrop of an old coconut tree plantation. The sea temperature is always warm but being on the Atlantic side, the waves are sometimes very exciting.

Although the property has a feeling of complete seclusion, the estate is only 10 minute drive down the hill to town center and Elizabeth Harbor. Taxi transfer and car rentals can be arranged for easy dining and access to in town activities.

Property Description

The Club House is the ultimate gathering place, making entertaining a breeze. It features a large entertaining room, bar, media room, powder bath, bar, and fully-fitted commercial kitchen. The club house offers three distinct indoor and outdoor dining areas with seating for up to 28 people. The media room is furnished with a large sectional and smart TV. The kitchen has stainless steel units, range cooker, double fridge, freezer and coffee-makers offering the ideal space for food preparation and storage.

Frangipani Villa: This lodge has King Size bed fully-fitted dressing room, and bath. The villa has a daybed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa. There is a spacious decked veranda with wonderful views over the sea below for guests to enjoy.

Jasmine Villa: The villa has a King Bed, En-suite Bath with Tub, Dressing Room, and Deck with Ocean Views.

Gumbo Limbo Tree Villa: This lodge has a very spacious King bed, chaise twin sofa, and fully-fitted dressing room and bathroom and shares the panoramic views across the ocean that all the lodges enjoy.

The Bougainvillea Family House: The two story house has 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor, and one master on the upper. On the first floor, Green Apple and Hibiscus Rooms both have two twin beds. The Master Orchid Suite, the larger family suite is on the second floor with a King Size bed, twin sleeper chair, and a wrap around veranda. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Well Connected & Comfortable: All the lodges have ceiling fans, high speed internet air conditioning and mosquito nets fitted to the window openings. The house is also wired for 110 & 220 V appliances.
