This holiday apartment is located in the centre of Torre del Mar, on the 9th floor of a building with a lift. It is only 80 meters from the beach promenade with shops, numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment was last renovated in 2015 and is about 45 km from the airport in Malaga.
You can park your car on the street in front of the building, where plenty of spaces are usually available.
A child's cot and a highchair are available upon request and at a fee. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Long term rental is available. Internet access with Wi-Fi is included as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and English IP TV (over 100 channels). A multimedia computer and an automatic vacuum cleaner (Conga 900) are also at your disposal.
The 80 m² apartment comprises three bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. The living room is furnished with sofas, a coffee table, DVB-T and satellite television. The dining table is right by the window, so you can enjoy the view. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, bedside tables and lamps and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 180 cm each), a desk and a cupboard. Both bathrooms are fitted with generous showers, a sink with a cupboard underneath, a mirror and a toilet. Warm water is supplied by a boiler (not gas). A washing machine is at your disposal in one of the bathrooms. The living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning that can also be used for heating. The living room has a balcony and modern furnishing and is very light due to the large window fronts. It offers beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
This property is ideal for a beach holiday for the family or as a base for exploring Spain, or for an active holiday.
