• No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Boat Dock Info- Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.

great location for family vacation

This turned out to be an ideal location for family members from various parts of the country to come together for the week after Christmas to spend time together. There was plenty of room for everyone, places to set up games, puzzles, play music, watch movies, or just sit and chat. We loved the charming cabin decor and comfy furniture. The large dining table allowed all of us to share meals together and the well-stocked kitchen enabled the cooks in our group to make some special dishes. The views out of the back of the house were spectacular, especially morning sunrises. Todd and Becky were great with making sure we had everything we needed and we never had to wait long to get a response when we needed to get in touch with them. They were extremely gracious hosts.

Wonder for Our Family Gathering

Our stay at Lakeside Living was a wonderful experience. Both mine and my husband's immediate families gathered here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The home was spectacular! We had plenty of room; at no time did anyone ever feel "cramped" or lack of privacy. And the amenities! All I can say is "WOW!" We truly did not need to bring anything except the cake and presents. After ecent discussions with both families we've all come to the conclusion that there is no need to look any further for another rental. Thank you for being so personable and for offering such beautiful properties fully stocked.

It is a nice property and nice amenities. The staff always responded quickly to questionsHad a lot of trouble with the Wi-Fi until someone gave us instructions to reset the upstairs router. The condition of the hot tub was questionable and on our last day, we could not get it to start at all.It would be nice if there head been a printed out sheet of instructions with the Wi-Fi, how to operate the TVs, departure, instructions, etc. I understand that information is available online, but it would have be nice to have it on a printed sheet without having to look for it on a device.

July Family Reunion

Location and dock were super. House slept enough for all the family and new publix right down the road if you needed. Public boat launch just about 5 miles and easy ride to house. We had 2 boats and it was excellent with the dock. It's a log cabin feel with comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would go back. The dock was a little steep to get down so we had to watch kids - no running for sure - but all was very good. We would highly recommend !

Great house at a great location on a great lake!

Todd and Becky were fantastic hosts and extremely responsive. The house is very clean and extremely beautiful. Numerous spacious bedrooms and a great view overlooking the lake. The amenities at the house are fantastic, including a pool table, ping pong, a hot tub, and a fire pit by the water. We rented boats for the weekend and had a lovely time! Highly recommend Todd and Becky's place, and if you're hungry, Linebergers Steakhouse is a short walk down the street and serves the best steaks in town.

Perfect house for a larger group! The house was very clean, plenty of linens provided, ample space our large group to hang out together. The kitchen table was great! Having two kitchens was also very helpful. Owners were very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Love the cove, very quiet and peaceful. Perfect location, grocery and restaurants are just a short drive away. The view from the living space is amazing, it was perfect for a rainy day.

This property exceeded all our expectations. We had a family reunion, and found this home met all our needs. It was very accommodating, clean, and comfortable. Becky and Todd were delightful to work with. We did have one family member who was unable to navigate to the dock with his walker, due to the rope-type handrail.

Lovely property! We didn't have to leave the property to have fun ( a plus during a pandemic): game room, kayaks, puzzles, Netflix and plenty of space for everyone to have some alone time if family time got to be to much. We did leave the property once to go hiking at Jacob's Fork. What a treat! The waterfall was gorgeous. Definitely recommend it. This house was just what my family needed! It allowed us to reconnect in comfort. Thank you so much for the use of your house!

Spent a week and had a great time. Groceries are available close by with several options. It was Oct & most of us still got in the water. We rented a pontoon that was really close to the property. Lighting in common areas left a little bit to be desired. And thermostats could use some explaining. But other than that. We would be interested in staying here again if we are in NC

Property was spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned well on our arrival. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cookware. Second kitchen available but not used much by us. Pool table and hot tub were very nice amenities. Very close to the supermarket and boat rentals. Lake was in a quiet cove, great for swimming and kayaking. Water is very deep and has steep access to the property, so very good swimming skill or life vest recommended. Our dog loved it! We had 10 adults and 2 teens. Additional family stayed 1 night and plenty of space. Only minor detractors were 1 zone for 3 level cooling (Loft was quite warm and lower level much cooler) and very steep property grade and decking to lake (difficult for older guests) Overall great place! Todd and Becky were great and very responsive to calls and emails. Would definitely rent again.

Bai-Rossi Family reunion

We feel so lucky to have found this property. My family came together from as far north as New York and as far south as Palm Beach Florida. We had ages 18months to 71 years old. The house and property were perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us. We even had space if we needed alone time. Todd and Becky were available for any questions. They are great hosts. The boat was a great addition to our vacation. The kids enjoyed every day on the lake. I give this place a 10 plus.
