Holiday house with three apartments, a shared pool and a big terrace

This house is in Flattach/Mölltal, Carinthia, at the foot of the Mölltaler Glacier, in a quiet location. It is at the heart of the High Tauern National Park, on a sunny slope with a view of the surrounding mountains. Here you and your family can experience special holiday moments and leave everyday life far behind.

The house comprises three holiday apartments of different sizes, with separate entrances. They can be occupied by two to seven people, depending on the type.

There is a shared garden with a swimming pool, a big terrace and a gazebo in front of the apartment. Enjoy your holiday in the park-like garden and spend your free days of the year relaxing with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace, looking out at the heated pool, where you can swim under a starry sky if you like. In the late summer you can help yourself to freshly picked fruit from the fruit trees. The garden grill, table tennis table and football goal provide entertainment.

The site has a hedge on three sides, as well as a mesh fence, so pets cannot get out. Guests are required to ensure cleanliness in the garden if they bring a pet.

The house is very centrally located. There are shops and restaurants a ten-minute walk away and the ski bus stop to Mölltaler Glacier is only a three-minute walk away. You can enjoy the pistes on the famous glacier in winter and in summer. The ski pistes and the toboggan run are only 8km away. You can go river rafting, play tennis and go horse riding just a kilometre away.

Spacious apartment for six to seven peopleThe apartment consists of a total of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC, a dining room and a kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200cm9, the second has two single beds (100 x 200cm), and the third has a double bed (160 x 020cm). The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove with an oven, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The kitchen is right next to the dining room with a big table and a U-shaped corner bench, as well as a china cupboard. It also has a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.The kitchen opens onto the big terrace and towards the swimming pool. The maximum occupancy is seven people, with the seventh person on a supplementary bed.
